    We had a very poor experience at this dealership. We were looking for vehicles online and they appeared to have several we wanted to look at so we thought... it would be worth the 90 mile drive from our home to Onalaska. When we got there, they showed us one vehicle (that we had no interest in) even though we requested to see others. The person we had been dealing online and on the phone and thought we would be working with turned out just to be a customer service person and we got a different sales person. When we told them we had $15,000 cash and would not be financing he no longer had any interest in working with us. Every car we would walk by, he would say, "that's too much money, too much, too much." We didn't get to look at one car. There were some close to our budget I would have liked to look at and drive but he blew us off. We could have spent much more but when he heard we had a budget he did not even try. He scrolled through the internet for us and that was the extent of his effort. While we were sitting there, I could hear the other salesman pushing the in-house financing. I left very upset, feeling like I had been written off and wasted an entire day. If you are cool with loans and debt, this is the place to go. If you pay cash and have a budget, don't bother.

    This was my second car purchase at Dahl Ford. My f150 is the first time I bought a Ford, as I have always driven a Toyota.My experience with Don Frett... was exceptional. It took me several weeks to make up my mind, and was pleased that Don did not bug me during that time. He let me decide at my own pace. Once I made mind up, Don went out of his way to make sure it was a pleasant experience. The entire crew did a great job during the process to make sure buying was easy.Don was very patient in explaining "ALL" the features of my new truck. PS...After 5 days I am sure I will enjoy my New F150...Great ride!!

    Shopped on line selected a vehicle we were interested in in the am. Dahl called to set an appointment same day. We met did a test drive. The salesman was... courteous and knowledgeable very easy to work with. We purchased the vehicle all the same day.

    I always feel very rushed through the process and not a lot seems to get explained. Was told I would get a loaner car when I dropped my car off because... of how long it would be in the shop only to be told I would have the shuttle service to drop me off, very considerate that this is avaliable but left me with no way to get to work that day. Also after brand new tires and only having th car for under a year I was told I needed two new tires and break pads. Just wish the customer service was as good as the servicing itself. Being a female especially wish more was explained to me.

    Contacted Dahl regarding a new truck posting they had put up without pictures. I was looking for a very specific set of options. Their truck want what... I was looking for. They checked their inventory and came up empty. They responded quickly and we're very honest with me.

    My old car died and I just happened to be near to Dahl Onalaska where I purchased the old car. The service people were diligent on trying to find me a... solution to get that car repaired but it would of cost me more money than the old one was worth. So Andrew Berry was there and was very happy to help me with my options in my situation , I ended up with a 2017 Escape lease and am very happy with my new vehicle. I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for a vehicle!!
