You will get a lemon here, do not buy from this dealer! Horrible experience and do NOT recommend! Worst experience ever. Will never do business here again!

Very unprofessional, my only contact with the person was by email. He showed no sign of pleasantness; didn't even say good morning and never used my name. Asked him if he could tell me more about the car and I had given examples of what kind of info I was looking for his reply: "WHAT DO YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE CAR"? I replied again, requesting specific info about the car. He replied "LIKE WHAT"? This is a salesman I don't think so...

I'm the rare guy who writes a review even though I didn't end up buying from them. But the reason why I didn't is that they were super honest and told me that the car I was thinking about was not really what I suited my needs, as I described them. What better place to go where you can trust they won't sell you something you'll regret!

We purchased a car from them . They went above and beyond in some of the repairs and minor details that had to be corrected and did above and beyond what was needed . Unfortunately we ended up having a engine issue with the car and As a dealer of their word , they stood behind their warranty and made things right . I can’t tell you, In todays day and age hard to find a company that does the right thing and puts the customer first . We could not have been more impressed with how Chris handled the situation . I would highly recommend them and if I am in the need for another car in the future this would be my first and only stop.

I got a 2011 Jeep Liberty from them and it runs great. I am the owner of two Audi cars (2017 and 2019). I was looks for a used Audi S5 sports car for about a year without much success. I was worried about purchasing a car at a used dealer. You hear all the stories about bait and switch, hidden prices, etc. When I saw the 2014 Audi S5 convertible on the Auto Traders site I decided to go see it. I read the reviews and they were very positive. I was met by Arthur who I believe is the owner and he was very nice and helpful. He let me test drive the car and it was everything I wanted. Arthur made sure the car was tip top..he put new ties on and touched up the rocker panel paint and r even did an oil change. I purchase the car and am very happy with the entire experience. As I said unusually purchase from a new car dealer but I very surprised how professional and easy Auto Trader made my purchase. I would highly recommend Auto Trader if you’re looking for a good car and a great dealership 5 STARS!!!!! Bob S
