Worked with Wayne and Brian. They were great. They were really busy when I came in on the weekend, but they worked with me around my work schedule during the week to get everything done. Love my Audi 2018 SQ5 that I bought.

Went in wanting to do some research on an Electric

Went in wanting to do some research on an Electric Vehicle ending up making a decision to lease immediately after my first interaction with the team. Chris is highly knowledgeable in EVs and put my mind as ease about owning one. Brian in the finance dept made the process painless. I love their no pressure approach and knowledge base about the inventory. The hour ride was worth it for the professionalism. Definitely will be back when my lease is up.

The attention and follow up during and after the purchase

The attention and follow up during and after the purchase was outstanding. We agreed in the trade in for my car and the price of the new car based on a handshake. The new car wasn’t available for three weeks and I was able to continue driving my current car without any paperwork being signed. I was very impressed when the check for my trade in was ready at signing of the paperwork. Also, one of the strongest factors for staying with Stratham Porsche for me is their service department, it is second to none. Thanks to Alex (sales) and Kim (service). N R from Portsmouth.

I really can’t get over the fact that for 2+ months I’ve

I really can’t get over the fact that for 2+ months I’ve tried to get an appointment and have called many times for quotes or even a call back with questions but absolutely nothing I can’t say much for the service department but service response time is horrifying I’ve since moved to a new dealership it’s worth the 45 minute drive to be honest

I would love nothing more to turn my 45 minute drive into a 10 Minute drive no questions asked but you guys are also way overpriced compared to other Audi dealerships by almost 300+ dollars on just one service alone as a former ICL employee I expected better

I just moved to the state and received a recall notice.

I just moved to the state and received a recall notice. I chose this dealership versus one other and I’m glad I did. It was easy to get an appointment, and the service representative was very patient and explained everything that was going to happen to my vehicle.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dealership when I attempted to lease a vehicle. From the start, the sales team displayed unethical practices, particularly when it came to working out the financing options. I provided my credit information upfront, yet they proceeded to present inaccurate credit report details, painting a misleading picture of my financial situation. To make matters worse, they conducted multiple inquiries with the credit bureau, which I later discovered were unnecessary and likely an attempt to impact my credit score negatively. These repeated inquiries felt like a deliberate move to narrow my options and force me into a corner. After this, they pushed me towards a five-year lease term, which I didn’t want, and tried to increase my monthly payment by over $200. The whole process felt like a manipulation designed to trap me into agreeing to a deal that was far from what I had in mind or could afford. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to be cautious. Their tactics felt misleading, and they seemed more interested in securing a profit than helping me find the best deal for my needs. Truly an unpleasant experience.

They very carefully examined all of the computer codes from the car as well as investigating Audi wide history of similar experiences. Richard even called us later to discuss something that had happened to another Audi owner and it turned out that the issue was most likely something WE were doin, inadvertently, with the transmission. So far, so good. Thank you Richard for relating that other owners experience. A thoughtful followup.
