Another satified customer!!!!

OHMYGOSH!!! Best vehicle purchase experience ever! I'm almost 62 years old and my first car was a VW bug. My husband discovered the Mercedes SLK for me as he thought that it might be a great fit. He was so correct. I've only had work vehicles all my life and now I'm onto fun. Chris and the crew at Elite Motors far exceeded any expections that I'd ever had. Chris was honest, professional and with an amazing personality too! If I/we ever buy another car in our lifetimes we'd definitely buy only from them!!! I booked a rental car from SC and drove 630 miles to pick up my "Bahama Mama" 2000 Mercedes SLK and would not hesitate to do it again!

Do not recommend

Told me they would call back in 15 mins waited for 2 and half hours didn’t hear anything and when I called back they still where not available another 30 mins later I received a call back and finance representative was extremely short and rude throughout the entire conversation

Great deal

Very good deal, car looked really good and was a good deal. Chris was really nice, very honest and straight to the point with the deal. I’d recommend this to a friend!

Scammed sold car that needed a brand new engine

SCAMMER ALERT!!! Good Morning All. I am begging you PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BY ANY MEANS PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. Even if you are desperate go to a junk yard. You would probably get something of better quality there. They will sell you the car AS IS. Have you sign a mva form waiver which makes them not responsible for anything. The sales person Chris Flack will fast talk you and will act surprised when you tell him that your engine is jacked up! I have put 6k into this vehicle so far and have not even made my first car payment. I will upload documents for proof for you guys to see that this is all true. I will be filing as many complaints that I can and posting reviews everywhere. This place needs to be shut down. People work hard and save money to purchase a decent car to get back and forth to work and they should not be screwed out of thousands of dollars. It’s just not right ALL. I really would love to be a fly on the wall when this happened to them, because KARMA always makes her way back around. FOR SURE! But trust me if you see this place keep driving. Run away as fast as you can and DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT LOOKING BACK. Everyone please be BLESSED! SAFE! And most importantly SCAM FREE. If I can save at least one person from being scammed. That would make me feel better.

Bad customer service and false advertising

This all started when I was told that everything on the car was reviewed and up to par. I immediately heard my breaks squeaking and my car didn’t start and trembled one day. I came all the way from Chicago to get my car looked at and they told me that they would look at it next week because they were booked and they would give me a car rental. The next week I came for my scheduled appointment and was not given the rental. While I sat and waited I was told the trembling was fine and my breaks just needed breaking in. My breaks never stopped squeaking and this was in May of 2019. When I brought it back for the breaks again they said I never brought this problem up. I went to finally get them fixed and the nuts on a tires lugs were stripped. I had to pay 100 dollars to get them torched off. The only people who touched the car have been the dealership. I was called a month ago for a oil change, scheduled for today, arrived and was told I couldn’t get one because I wrote a bad review. Each time I was talked to as if I was being manipulated because I was lead to believe certain things but were showed different. As for customer service, I never received any from this dealership. Even when I told them my problems from my breaks became life threatening.

Bad credit, but got me anew car the same day!!!

I don't have great credit but that didn't matter to them. Treated me like any other customer and got me in a new car the same day!! Definitaly recommend these guys. Ask for Chris or Mike, they'll take care of you.

100% credit approval is a joke

there is no 100% guarantee credit approval. It's a lie. Salesman was nice. Vehicle I was looking at, no so much. They should have taken the time to remove previous owners mess and make the car look good. Was missing a part and pointed out rust issue and bondo spot. They said that's why there's cars are for less. Lol

Internet buyer

Yes, they get testy when you ask for more pictures of the frame. I wonder how many times they've driven several hours to look at a rust disaster car described as very clean or light rust on frame? Once we got past that, Mitchell was great to deal with. (He had no problem with my sending an appraiser over if I wanted to) When I expressed my reservation over buying a car on-line his response was, "Don't worry, I'll walk you through it." And he did. All papers were sent Fe-Ex over-nite with return included. Over the phone he went over each form with me to make sure I signed them correctly. They also worked with the shipper with no issues. The car is as clean as it was in their numerous pictures. But to be honest, the car had an under hood squeal when it was started on the hauler. Did they know? However, I can't say I've never had cars do that sort of thing to me when I went to sell them. I think it's an alternator bearing, no big deal. One very minor and really annoying thing-we unloaded the car in the dark and rain on a side street. When I went to put the plate on there were NO license plate screws in either bumper. I recommend them.

Positive experience

I had a great experience. There was no pressure, and my salesman (Mitchell) seemed eager to please. Vehicle was as described, and there were no add ons to the price, other than tax, tags, and "dealer processing fee" ( which all dealers have, even though it is, in my opinion, a profit tool).
