They answered any questions I had, as well as ones I didn't even think of, about my new vehicle!! I consider myself lucky to have come across genuine people and great customer service!! They normally sale trucks but I got blessed with a car they had! Thank you so much for giving me hope in financing a car! Y'all are the best!

I seriously can?t speak highly enough of Charles, Chris, Michelle and the rest of the team. I can in by myself after being taken advantage of at other dealerships and not only did they take amazing care of me it was the absolute easiest car buying experience of my life. Found this truck on cars for sale website. Called about it and talked to Chris. He didn't hesitate to go take pics inside and out and text them to me while still on the phone. Also measured height to make sure it would fit in my garage. Being im from NC i was slightly scared of buying a truck w/o seeing it in person but felt better that they answered and returned phone calls in a timely manner. Since I haven't bought a truck since 02 and have never purchased out of state Chris explained to me how to go about buying it through my bank also give me a number for transportation to bring it here. I know I'm jumping the gun by giving this review before the truck has left their lot and is over a 1000 miles away but after having the pleaseure of speaking with Charles and Chris Im confident I made the rt choice buying from Triple C auto. I'll be sure to update when the truck arrives.

I never believed in love at first site until I saw the 2016 Platinum F350 with 6" Lift & 22" wheels on their lot! By far the best buying experience I have ever had ! This truck is an absolute head turner!!!!! Thanks Again Guys!!!!!!!

Terrible dealer accepted my offer wensday evening took my credit information never heard anything back I had to call 3 time's Thursday still nothing called again on Friday finally got a call back Friday telling me it was sold .a little puzzled how it was still available Thursday but Friday it was sold very underhanded dealer.

Let me start off by saying I hate car sales people! At ccc they went above and beyond helping me with buying my truck!! Everything they have said has been honest, I recommend dealing with these guys!! Thanks

I will be honest with you... I have been searching for 5 months, and been very picky on the truck I wanted. Not only does CCC have great quality vehicles but YOU CANT BUY great customer service. Charles is a stand up guy. Honest from the get go and does what he can to get ya done. It's nice to be treated like a human being instead of dollar signs. We all know this is how they make there living but it's a great feeling not to be treated as such. I haven't even purchased the truck yet but I will tell you now.... With or without getting approved for the truck, I would recommend anyone to this dealership and go talk to Charles! I have been completely satisfied thus far. I look forward to future business to come with these guys! BUY FROM HERE!!! I DONT SEE HOW ANYONE COULD BE DISAPPOINTED!
