Hands down the best service you could expect! The GM is very accommodating. Diane, in the service department is very knowledgeable, empathetic and charming.... I feel comfortable when I go there. I‘ve had my share of lousy service from many places in the past so will be sticking with Porsche Fairfield for a very long time! I spent many months looking for a 2017 Porsche Cayenne. After 4-5 months I came across a 2017 Cayenne S E -Hybrid, Black, loaded at Porsche Fairfield... CT. I hesitated to contact them since they were 2 1/2 hrs from where I live. I finally reached out and Mark Ward-Willis contacted me. We talked over the next several days about the car and about my trade. He gave me a quote for my trade, and we discussed a few things I would want cleaned up on the Cayenne. Mark promised he would take care of it, and promised that they would not give me any less for my tade then we discussed. We agreed on a price for the Cayenne and we agreed on a date for me to drive up and purchase the car. Due to a pending tropical storm and then a funeral, I had to move the date out a few days. Mark was very accommodating. He couldn't had been more flexible. When we arrived at the dealership, my wife and I met Mark. He told us to take the car for a ride as long as we liked. After the ride I pointed out a couple of cosmetic things and Mark quickly took care of it. While Mark did that, we sat down with Tony to sign the paperwork. Tony was a great guy also with a great personality. Both Mark and Tony were very sincere. They did not try to back off from anything we had agreed on. I was worried about that since I was travelling from a distance. Since the purchase, Mark has followed up with me several times to see how things were going. I really appreciated it, since it gave me a chance to ask some post purchase questions. I would not hesitate again to purchase a car from Mark and Porsche Fairfield and as a matter of fact, they would be one of my first stops.

The quality of service is outstanding. You can be absolutely confident that your service issues will be addressed correctly. The service area is immaculate... and the staff particularly Diane Bodge are very courteous. However it is difficult for me to justify the expense for the service. I just had the 40 k with the replacement of the window control unit due to a broken switch. The bill is over 2000 dollars. I have a 2014 boxter s. They are wonderful cars. Extremely reliable.

Dropped car for software update during Covid 19 period (no loaner or drive back home available) so wife drove me back. No problem Very understandable given... the virus. The 911 was ready next day These are some of the nicest people you would ever want to deal with Highly recommended!!!

These people deserve 0 stars !! While back I was interested in an older 911 that they had, I worked with a salesperson for five days to make a deal... after agreeing on the price while I was trying to arrange transportation to California Mr. Hector Hernandez ( very arrogant man) sold the car to someone else for a few hundred dollars more When I questioned him about the situation he hung up the phone on me twice , a few days later I contacted the GM Mr. Mauricio Sanchez he apologized for the mistreatment and promised me that he would reimburse me what I had paid to get the vehicle inspected to this date nobody contacted me and I received no $$ .as the saying goes "a fish rots from the head down" Stay away from these people their words mean NOTHING!!!!!
Victor, I am very surprised that you have posted such a negative comment about our dealership. We had an extensive discussion about all the reasons ...why we sold the vehicle to a private local client and decided not to wholesale it to your used car dealership. Although feedback is appreciated, it should always be honest and transparent. In this case, it is not from your part. Unfortunately, our dealership reserves the right to not wholesale a vehicle and that was clearly explained to you. You were not transparent with us when initially inquiring about the vehicle as you made pretend you were a private buyer and never disclosed you were a used car dealership. Even though you and I had long conversations where you praised me and my dealership about my quick response after I offered to reimburse you for your inspection, I have not yet received the proof of payment and the required documents to reimburse you. I am still willing to speak with you and I am sure that our loyal customers will not be deceived by the comments of another dealership trying to give bad publicity to my dealership based on the desire to profit on a very special car that was sold to a very special client. Excellent Service- I got my car serviced there yesterday- place was amazingly clean, I was in and out in 5mins on pick up and drop off. Loaner care was... awesome as well. They vacuumed my car when they were done which I appreciated. Overall 10 out 10.

Ordered a 2020 Porsche 911 C2S through Fairfield Porsche. The entire process from ordering the car through delivery was superb. Great communication.... I dealt with Jose Diaz and Tony Salluhi and highly recommend you talk to these guys if you are in the market for a Porsche.
