The customer service was excellent! My service advisor Matthew got my vehicle in quickly and the process was smooth. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop for a couple of days. Matthew kept in touch and updated me when the problem was found; he sent me the a video and itemized details and pricing. After I sent him the go ahead for repairs, my Land Rover was ready within 2 days. He had the car washed and ready when I came in to pay and pick up my vehicle. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and communication throughout this process. He’s a valuable asset to the Land Rover San Antonio family. Thanks Matthew!

Car was in the shop for two weeks didn’t get frequent updates and when the car got picked up, they didn’t clean it and I had to come back on a Saturday to ask them to clean the car
