Mills' team met my expectation by fairly closing the deal

Mills' team met my expectation by fairly closing the deal on a gently used F150 I'd searched widely to find. The purchase experience was polite, professional and efficient -- given the volume of paperwork the law requires. I'd return to Mills to purchase again.

We asked our car salesman a few times if he was aware of

We asked our car salesman a few times if he was aware of any issues with the vehicle, he stated there was none. The sale of the car went fine quick and easy and everybody was happy then a few months powertrain issues I signed up for the Ford app, but never used it when the car started having issues. I started using the Ford app and realized that the salesman had lied to me that there were powertrain issues prior to the sale when we realized, and we questioned the Ford dealership in Baxter then going forward it’s been nothing but disrespect from them they’ll tell me they’ll call me back. They never call me back. I have to call several times to try and reach them and hope that it just goes through and they pick up now four months later the transmission is going out and it says rear axle fracture bolt I called them Eric and service never returned my call Tim and the sales department just as disrespectful. Tell me I’ll call you back in an hour. Never called me back. I asked for a rental both times they were disrespectful to me the front desk. Yeah we have them. Yeah, we have them for free even service department. Nope, we don’t have a loaner for you this time. No loaner also wouldn’t even budge. Wouldn’t even try to help. Didn’t have any suggestions or helpful words they looked at my car first thing this morning and have yet to call me back. I only know they looked at it because the Ford app told me the car was moved because another air report came across because they had it running so they diagnosed it yet to have even called me all day if anybody ever asked me, I would never recommend anybody buying a vehicle from there not only was the sales department disrespectful by lying, and not being honest the service department has been nothing but disrespectful and hard to work with.
