Service after the sale

We worked with Jason Besch on purchasing our vehicle. He did all the leg work for us! We told him exactly what we wanted and he sent us several choices within the first 2 weeks. We choose the one we liked, he picked it up, got it cleaned up and ready for us, and the pickup of our vehicle was smooth and quick! Maybe spent half an hour at pickup. After the sale we asked him to get us Weather Tech Matt's for it, which he did in a couple days, and he installed them for me when I went to get them. About 2 weeks later we got a couple small screws in a tire, took it in, and James Montag fixed the tire for us at no charge! We have been nothing but happy with the sale and service of our new Edge and West Bend Ford!

Friendly Team that Outperforms as Ford Does

This dealership's team outperforms any I have worked with and I am sure that they will ensure my vehicle goes the extra mile, as they do. The friendliness at this dealership was equally matched by professionalism and knowledge of their products without the pushy sales pitch. Their goal clearly is to meet the expectations of the customer not to sell a vehicle, and they exceeded mine.

Customer First

A customer first attitude was expressed from start to finish. Though they didn't have the car I wanted in their inventory, they quickly found one and delivered it in a timely manner. Gordie Boucher West Bend is the dealership to go to if you are looking for a friendly, professional team with great follow through. Special kudos to Corey Weatherstone who ensured that I was well informed was interested in my personal vehicle needs, and never made me feel pushed or hustled. That is rare in this industry.

Great dealer with a small town feel. .

Would have left 5 starts, but the entire process took forever (3+hours) and this is after starting the paperwork and negotiating over the phone before arriving. Regardless, everyone was friendly and helpful and the place was reasonably clean. So far it's been about a week and we are happy with our purchase and feel we got a fair deal.

Knowledgable & Cutomer Friendly

Just purchased a used Ford Ranger and recommend this dealership because of the excellent customer service. All my requests were handled in a positive manner and to my satisfaction and I got the car I wanted. All staff sincerely wanted.to help and made an enjoyable experience. Ask for Paul Stoffel!

Great Buying Experience!

We recently purchased a new Ford F-150 Platinum from Boucher Ford Lincoln in West Bend, Wisconsin. 0ur experience at this dealership was simply the best! Michael Nuernberg spent several hours with us. Michael is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and has a great sense of humor! After having a protective coating sprayed on, the next day Michael drove the truck to our home, 140 miles away. He filled the gas tank and went over the many truck features for an hour! We felt we were treated with the utmost respect throughout the buying process! Jacob Tousey was also very knowledgeable and very competent with the computer and paperwork! We were even given a flash drive to take home with the paperwork on it. We did most of our negotiating on the internet with John Zieja. When we arrived at the dealership our numbers were exactly as expected! We didn't feel pressured at anytime during the Buying Process!
