    My salesman, Derek, was patient regarding how I navigated through the many decisions of what options I wanted on my vehicle. He encouraged multiple test... rights to ensure I found the truck that was perfect for me. The facility was clean and everyone was very helpful as usual. The sales manager, Austin, has been there for my last three trucks and is always ready to jump in and ?sweeten the deal ?, ensuring but they are moving a product of the most competitive price in the region.     Shopping for a vehicle is always stressfull , if you let it ! Woody Smith Ford has been the place to buy trucks for my family for years . Great Experience... , Great Service and friendly staff.     I placed a car on consignment (for sale) through this dealership. Six weeks later when I asked the sales manager if anyone had looked at it, he said, "Oh,... it hasn't run for a while. It won't start." When I tried to start the car, sure enough it would not start. On checking the engine compartment to try to figure out what was wrong, I noticed the battery was a different make than the one I had in the car when I placed it on consignment. (A police report was filed.) The dealership's diagnosis of the problem was a bad fuel pump. The dealership quoted me $800 for a new one. I bought one at a local parts store for $129 and had the dealership do the labor work. When I went to pick up my car after the repairs had been made, the driver's side rear view mirror had been broken off! At that point, I decided enough was enough. I had tried to work things out with the manager. I was underwhelmed, at best, by these series of events. Summary: Poor communication. Sudden items failing on the car placed on consignment. (Missing battery, tire going flat, fuel pump failure.) Rude billing department. Non-proactive sales staff. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE.

    FOUND EVERYTHING .VERY GOOD HAD THE PICKUP I WANTED. PRICE WAS GOOD LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED PAYMENT FINANCE SERVICE DID NOT QUIT TILL THEY FOUND ME THE... BEST OVERALL DEAL.
