I love Woody Smith Ford. We have bought several vehicles from them And have never been disappointed!! Their service department is by far the best and their... sales people are wonderful to work with!!
When you have been on the planet long enough, you dread buying a new car. The whole process is agony. Woody Smith takes that out if the equation. They... treat you with respect and offer the best deal they can. That is why I travel 600 miles to buy from them.
Derek at Woody Smith Ford rocks. He went above and beyond to make our sales process not only seamless and easy, but enjoyable. Two thumbs up from us!
My salesman, Derek, was patient regarding how I navigated through the many decisions of what options I wanted on my vehicle. He encouraged multiple test... rights to ensure I found the truck that was perfect for me. The facility was clean and everyone was very helpful as usual. The sales manager, Austin, has been there for my last three trucks and is always ready to jump in and ?sweeten the deal ?, ensuring but they are moving a product of the most competitive price in the region. Buy your vehicle here.
Was looking for a used car for my grandson. I live in Texas and was able to find a car and pay for it on the phone. Excellent staff.

Wow..........How are they still in business. They say one thing and do another..........if your a single woman.....stay far away.
I placed a car on consignment (for sale) through this dealership. Six weeks later when I asked the sales manager if anyone had looked at it, he said, "Oh,... it hasn't run for a while. It won't start." When I tried to start the car, sure enough it would not start. On checking the engine compartment to try to figure out what was wrong, I noticed the battery was a different make than the one I had in the car when I placed it on consignment. (A police report was filed.) The dealership's diagnosis of the problem was a bad fuel pump. The dealership quoted me $800 for a new one. I bought one at a local parts store for $129 and had the dealership do the labor work. When I went to pick up my car after the repairs had been made, the driver's side rear view mirror had been broken off! At that point, I decided enough was enough. I had tried to work things out with the manager. I was underwhelmed, at best, by these series of events. Summary: Poor communication. Sudden items failing on the car placed on consignment. (Missing battery, tire going flat, fuel pump failure.) Rude billing department. Non-proactive sales staff. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE.
