I recently had the pleasure of working with M & F Auto on Coors Boulevard, and it was a fantastic car buying experience! I was buying from out of state and they made everything very easy and worry free, even from afar. Curtis was over the top helpful getting me pictures and reports quickly, and always giving me updates along the way. His customer service is above and beyond, and I am lucky he happened to pick up my call. Everyone I interacted with at M & F was very nice, helpful, and responsive, it really made the process easy and comfortable. I am so glad I came across M & F Auto and highly recommend them. I love my new truck! - Adam

Do Not Waste Your Time
When I think of the Old School Sleazy Sales Lot, M&F Auto Sales on Coors and I40 reminds me of that. I'm not sure how these guys sell anything. Their vehicles are $3k to $9k over fair asking prices and the vehicles that are reasonably priced have serious issues. And I must mention the incompetence of the Managment and Sales team specifically Josh Jordan and Tyler Waller. The lack of professionalism is disturbing when they are "trying" to help customers with what I would say are major life purchases. Please don't waste your time or hard earned money with this place. I would recommend if you are making a vehicle purchase here to do your homework and see for yourself that the sign on the building ("We let our prices to the talking") is an outright LIE! Hope this review helps someone from making a bad decision.

M&F Auto Sales
I purchased a 2013 Camaro. The vehicle wasn't detailed which I was promised it would be. The key didn't work which I had to wait to get it replaced. The heater did not work and had to have it fixed, in which I had to recommend to them to have the key replaced while they were fixing the heater. After the heater was fixed them I had to take it back do to the heater core was leaking and needed to be replaced. And of course I had to pay half of what it cost to replace the heater core. I'm still waiting to have the car detailed. I've sent messages but haven't received a reply. The vehicle is one that I have been wanting for some time but didn't expect to get the run around that I have had to go through to purchase said vehicle. With this all said I'm not a happy camper with this dealer ship. In my opinion if they say they do a 120 inspection on their vehicles why was all these problems missed. I don't expect any compensation I just wished they were more on the up and up. I'm not a happy camper with M&F Auto sales and if I'm asked I would not give a good recommendation.

Dishonest dealership not to be trusted
Went to buy a used car. The dealership hided the fact that one of them have flood damage, the other one had hail damage. Avoid at all cost as they are being dishonest.

5 stars ⭐✨⭐
I would definitely refer my friends and family to M&F Auto on Academy. No hidden agendas there, my needs were met and I felt the communication was tactful and professional therefore allowing me to feel comfortable which then enabled me to make a reasonable decision. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Don’t buy from here
I inquired about a car on the phone, they said they have a sale and would take off $1400. Of course I arrive and the manager, I’m assuming he’s a manager says no, we can only take $1000 off. Basically he said what all car salesman say. I’m taking a loss, I’m only breaking even. Don’t go to this place they deceive you with a promise of a deal and change the deal when you arrive. Squabble over $400 on a 46k car. I can pay the $400 but it’s a matter of principle and their shady dealership. I’ll never go there again.

Buyer Beware
I was interested in a Smart Fortwo and contacted this dealership and was told it had a pending sale. I was told I would be contacted if it fell through. After 10 days, I still saw it was available so I contacted them to find out that it was again for sale but they just failed to contact me. Anyway, I dealt with a salesman, Jude (who was actually kind of nice) and the sales manager, Harlan, who is nothing short of rude and insulting. My review is to warn potential customers that: 1. They have a $349 dealership fee that is not listed in ads or anywhere on their website. Harlan feels that they do not need to list this fee anywhere and it is up to the customer to find it on the buyer’s order; and 2. They failed to tell me (before running my credit) that if I were to put a deposit down on this car, it is non-refundable. Harlan told me he didn’t feel he needed to “state the obvious.” I have purchased many, many cars in my lifetime and I have never dealt with a dealership that does not give back a deposit or a sales manager who acted like this. UPDATE: The owners of the dealership, Lydia and Michael, got involved in trying to rectify the situation. Long story short, they reduced the car by $330 after learning about the above. They were very nice and apologetic which I appreciated. I asked for detailed photos before moving ahead with the purchase (as I am out-of-state) and they did in fact send detailed photos. When I initially inquired about this car, the sales manager and salesman told me the car was in “like-new” condition. The car had no less than 15 or so paint chips and scratches. It was also missing the tow hook cover and they told me to buy it myself as it was only $12. The headlight was all foggy. A replacement headlight is over $250. The driver’s door looked like someone repeatedly bashed it against things. They tried to tell me damage in the car was consistent with the age of the vehicle. I wholeheartedly disagree. I have a 2013 Mini Cooper JCW with two very small rock chips, but then again, I take care of my vehicles. So after seeing these photos I asked if they would reduce the car further to allow for repair. They refused. Think twice before purchasing from this dealership.

160 point check
I bought the truck had it three months then light came in changed the oil pressure sensor then it went off then came in again changed the knocking sensor the the pistons thats 18 in my truck ($2000) just for that then two weeks later had to change out the engine cause the knocking came back people really rely on the seller to sell on what they know but when the seller described the 160 point inspection includes the engine just know that they check the usual things how ever the as long as know lights are on there good . If you buy a truck or car from them run your own diagnostic system or contact me I have a machine that can read the cdcs and everything that the engine ever has had wrong with it now.
