I recent replied to an ad through Cars.com. Its been over 10 day and I still do not have any replies or calls. I do believe they are that busy.

A co-worker got a beautiful Saab w/low mileage at a great price that he found on online & had transported to him & was encouraging me to do the same since I had very specific & narrow search parameters. I was still nervous about buying a car sight unseen but I found what I expected to love in Colorado Springs so we rented a trailer & hauled my trade-in there. (A very long up & back in one day.) Well, I got there, started the car & didn't like the sound of the engine or the feel of the handling on test drive. & was very glad I didn't do business w/them when they were such schmucks about returning my $250 deposit which I had paid to hold the car & they communicated no conditions like "non-refundable" (obviously, I was a serious buyer--I drove up there). I get back home, return to my months-long search, broaden my search criteria just a bit, & there it was at M & F just an hour away where I bought my trade-in. Should have known to start there. The negotiating, buying, financing process was pain-free. They agreed to a few of my nits with no hesitation whatsoever (like balancing, check the spare's pressure, top off the AC & deliver it sparkling clean.) No pressure at all. Very down-to-earth staff. And the car is beautiful & purred when I started it up. (I wanted an older BMW w/manual transmission to get as close a I can to that classic sports car experience.) They even guarantee their cars for twice as long as the law requires. Now my boyfriend is looking at their SUVs & trucks.

Sales man was great but buying service was slow. I had my own financing and it still took longer than any other dealer. Before the purchase was complete I noticed 4 of 5 tires (Jeep) Had dry rot dealer said there's nothing they can do. It was the only one of the color and miles I wanted so went through with the purchase anyway. Won't ever buy from them again.

Me and my husband went to take a look at the cars, web where looking form something that can fit our budget so Jude Laris helped us out with a Jeep that my husband and i liked our new vehicle, everything turned out how we wanted thanks todo the help of Jude.

my husband took me to browse the dealership ,so i was just entertaining him ,but nevertheles i was the one entertained i enjoyed the salesman ship of jude and his patience while we test drove several different cars then finally we drove th GL450 and i was inlove .Thanks to the hard work of jude and the team at M&F i am enjoying my new truck.

My sales person was Chris Gladfelter at the coors location, he gave me outstanding service. It was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had! It is service like this that will make me a repeat customer!! Thank you so much!

I recieved my vehicle from the gentlemen at the lomas location (albquerque, nm) M&F Auto sales. The facility was clean and welcoming, as were the the multiple staff I encountered during my process. They had a variety of vehicles that fit my price range and were very eager to work with me to get me into a car I liked rather than pushing me into a hasteful decision.
