Excellent Service

The dealer, Sarim is very accommodating and helpful. He guided me after listening to what I needed which enabled me making a good decision. Furthermore, the car service is good.

Contacted them on FB marketplace.

Contacted them on FB marketplace. Asked if a car was available. Got an email several days later with no info and no contact name. Got a better deal at a dealership closer to me.

Pleasant Experience

Went car shopping on my own for the first time and didn't know what to expect. 405 Motors was a low pressure car dealership. Ken was super helpful and patient as I asked questions around the cars and the process.

I had asked for additional photos, instead of sending

I had asked for additional photos, instead of sending photos dealership wanted my mobile/smart phone number. When I repeated the instructions to send the photos to my email address, they did not reply and did not send the photos.

Does not list rebuilt status

This dealership does not disclose rebuilt or salvage title on their listings. Call and ask before you go all the way out there. I wasted 2 hours, only 1 RAV was clean title.

They will damage your car during a detail then won’t show you footage when you ask what happened. Way to take advantage of a customer… a single mom at that.

Excellent Service

405 Motors is the place to go when you want to sell your car. We wanted to sell our car in very short order so I went to kbb to determine the value and Massey at 405 Motors contacted me right away. We went there and were treated very well. After test driving our car, Massey bought it for the price we asked for. This was the easiest transaction I ever made.

Great, easy experience

Found the dealership online as they had the make/model/color and mileage/year/price I was looking for. I was a bit nervous going in blind but the car was in good condition (back windshield wiper was broken, but they replaced for free on the spot). They let me test drive a couple cars on my own. Staff were professional in a reserved way, definitely a no pressure, no hassle environment. I primarily dealt with Miryam (spelling?) and she was very helpful. This was my first car buying experience and it went very smoothly. Also - the facilities are ideally set up for Covid. Clean and spacious with plenty of room.

Easy transaction

No hassle transaction and no pressure to buy. We found the used car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay and all went smoothly.

Beware the speedometer rollback.

The car we looked at was advertised as about 43,000 miles. It drove well. In reviewing the car fax, it had over 70,000 miles over a year ago. The sales rep admitted the roll back. At that point, there was no trust.
