Redding Kia

ooking through the reviews it seems like this dealership is good at selling cars. But there service department is showing to be the worst in Redding! My mother in law had to have her car taken in mind you the car only has less than 40,000 miles. They have had it over two weeks, there sales keeps calling trying to get her to buy a new one when hers is already paid off and again has less than 40,000 miles. Every time she calls they just tell her they haven’t even looked at it yet ( they have had it over two weeks ). They keep messing with her on a loaner saying she was 5th on the list, then 3rd, now she is 6th. You email them and get no response. I feel they are dismissing her because she is an elderly female woman. She has missed 3 Dr. appts already and can’t miss anymore so now is having to start scheduling Ubers and come out of pocket when she only gets social security.

I've always had excellent experiences with the Redding Kia service department, and I confidently recommend them to all my family and friends. When my Sorento was totaled two years ago, I was so upset—but I knew without a doubt that I’d be getting another Kia. I'm now driving a Sportage and couldn't be more pleased with both the vehicle and the outstanding service I continue to receive.

Kia dealership, the service department Grant and the guys work really hard pease know they are trying their real hard to help go in with a better attitude I had a miscommunication and we all were respectful to each other they are people to that work hard for us god bless everybody

Just purchased our new Kia Forte after having leased a Kia Sportage for 3 years from Redding Kia, and had outstanding service from everyone there. Very, very happy with our new car & will recommend Redding Kia to anyone asking.

Worst mistake was buying a vehicle from this lot. I’ve had nothing but problems with my car since I bought it. I’ve owned the car for 1 year and my remote start has never worked and has been taken into service to be worked on more then once with no fix. Took the vehicle in for an oil change last week and now my vehicle is overheating and I’m unable to drive it. I would refrain from purchasing a car from them. They are all nice during the purchasing part but not helpful when it comes to service. Worst mistake was to buy from them.

Love the service we got! Kept us informed what was going on! Prices were very reasonable!Cheaper than we thought! Didn't charge for extra's like oil change, filter or the seal. Just labor and part and price to fix our door!! Cheaper than anybody else! We would absolutely come back!! Highly recommend!!

Tony and the entire crew at Redding Kia are AMAZING! We were looking for a new car for our daughter who recently totaled her previous car. They quickly got back to us with answers to any questions we had. There was absolutely no pressure in their sales and they all treated us like family with great compassion for our circumstances. They we're so helpful and friendly. Our car had an oil change and tire rotation done in less than an hour. I highly recommend them.

I've purchased several vehicles at other dealerships in Redding, but I was very pleased that my recent purchase of a 2020 Kia Sportage EX was by far the best buying experience all around.
