I have always had good service here and the staff is always friendly. However,they drop the ball sometimes on notifying me when my car is ready. They will... call and leave a message on my phone when I'm sitting right there! I waited an hour and a half the time before last because I didn't hear my phone and the customer service lady says " oh yeah I saw you not answering the phone!" Then why the xxxx didn't you say something??!! SMH
I love my van but I feel like it’s had a lot of problems for it only being 4 years old. The reason I’m writing now is because I recently took my van into... them because the top of the radiator cracked and caused it to overheat. The cost was outrageous at first they worked it down to $666.00. Great thank you Kia, but I asked why my newer vehicle would have a crack and no one could answer... then not even three weeks later the electrical cord that connects to the radiator completely melted! When I asked why that would happen I got a very condescending tone with I don’t know why that would happen... so the next time I came down I came with my husband who said don’t you think it’s a coincidence that it breaks down three weeks later after you fix a part that was connected to... with a reply of listen we’d be the first to say that we were at fault because we don’t want to be tied up in court. With that my husband said fine just fix the part we’ll pay the almost $2,000 dollars and you won’t be getting service from us and a good review and I want to speak with your manager. We waited 30mins just for someone to say they couldn’t find the manager. Next thing I know they could rewire it for $500.00 I said no thanks no half way he said okay... then when I came in the service clerk said they discounted it (which is the only reason I’m give a 4 out of 5) to $289.00. Very smart on their part because if I had to pay full price it would of been a one... this was the only one bad experience that we had with KIA really and I truly understand but they didn’t even give us the part we asked for that was faulty.
I was there to look at buying a used vehicle. I had already had an approval loan with a company before hand. They took the time and found a deal and I... got a brand new car for only 20 dollars more a month than I was going to pay with the other guys. I was very impressed
It was a great experience... Devon was superb... the unbelievable adjustments to retail price and other extras was magnificent. The savings took our breath... away.... The Presidents Day sale advertising brought us there and we were taken care of... above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you KIA Redding.... great Job!
When I arrived, I had a few vehicles in mind. Kyle allowed me to test drive with no pressure and then move on to the next dealership to test them out as... well. The sales person was knowledgable about the vehicle. He took care to be certain I understood about the car and its purchase. I am as satisfied with the... Niro as he said I would be - he did not oversell it.
I did my homework before I arrived at the car dealership. I knew what I wanted before I got there. That gave Robert the opportunity to show me the choices... I had for the vehicle I wanted rather than him trying to guess what might make me happy and go into the hard sell. I found Robert Starnes to be very knowledgeable about all the features of the Niro I bought. He answered my questions completely and even gave some information I didn't know to ask about. He had a great personality and was a lot of fun to work with. His main focus was making me happy with the car I was about to buy. All in all it was a pleasant 3 hours spent leasing a vehicle. Yep! That's it! THREE hours. I spent twice that time at a dealership where I paid cash for a car. I would recommend the Kia Subaru dealership to anyone who asks.
Buying our new car was really "painless." We had done our "homework" and felt that we made a deal that everyone was happy with. Management got my " perfect... car" the very next day. They worked around our schedule. Our salesperson took his time to explain all the technology! Both management and our salesperson called for follow-up which was really appreciated. We were welcomed to call or come in with any questions/concerns. Thank you Donnie and Brady!
We had wonderful service and a good experience buying our new car at Redding Kia. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The whole process took a while... but they made us feel right at home and were very attentive. I got the car I wanted and will go back if ever in the market for another car.
