Pleasant experience

I've bought Nissan's at other dealerships, but John Sinclair was by far the best buying experience. The sales team and Tracy really took care of us.

Easy purchase

Called about availability of a car. Spoke with Kaylin. Went up, test drove the car, liked it and made the purchase. About an easy of a purchase as I’ve ever had. No hassle. Kaylin was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

A way to avoid upsetting some customers

I took a coupon from Nissan and my car in to be serviced. I presented the coupon immediately as they were filling out the work order. When my car was done I found out that the coupon was NOT for what I thought it was for. Don't get me wrong, they eventually honored the coupon the way I had interpreted it. My issue is why wasn't the coupon more clear and why wasn't I informed of what the coupon actually covered when I first presented it? Otherwise, service there has always been top notch.

Great customer service

Had the oil changed and later noticed a squeaking sound. Returned a week later and they drive the car to diagnose. Needed brakes and my rotors turned. Excellent service as always. They go above and beyond. Always know me by name when I get my car serviced. They make me and any concerns I have feel important and valued. From the sale to the service I’d never buy anywhere else.

Poor customer service

I found a vehicle I loved. Trade in value was fair. Customer Service was terrible and disrespectful. I made an appointment at 4 pm to sign papers. They made mistakes with the paperwork twice, having to redo it each time. The process I was told wAs going to take 45 minutes to 1 hour bordered on 2.5 hours. When I told them I had an issue with being made to wait many excuses were made and they were very defensive and not apologetic or truthful about the issue. When my husband commented about it they asked my husband “ do you want to step outside”. In the end they offered a couple of “extras” to smooth things over but overall a poor experience and not one I would ever want to repeat again. It’s a pity that experience was not a beautiful as my new vehicle

Satisfied mostly

I usually have a 5 star review, but this time it was some confusion with my tire rotation, an I was told that I didn’t receive it because when I made the appointment, I didn’t say I wanted one at the time, but upon arrival I did request one, still unsure as to whether it was done or not
