I walked in that day, met Kim, who walked me thru it all.

I walked in that day, met Kim, who walked me thru it all. I walked out an owner (after it arrived less than 3 wks later) that very day! Very helpful service, I'd highly recommend this Ford dealer to anyone. Thanks, Ford. And a big thanks to Kim for helping me thru the process, my first new car ever at age 64!

I will not go back to this dealer again. The car I went...

I will not go back to this dealer again. The car I went to look at was beat up and dented with the check engine light on. The sales person immediately tried to fish me for information about my intentions, information which I was not ready to give up yet. And then the topper was that they lied to me and told me the brakes had been recently done on the car when I could see through the wheels that they had not. When a dealership flat out lies to me, I'm done with them.

Grandpa's 55 Mercury

Grandpa brought home his black and white with red and white interior 55 Mercury. before that he had a 49 Plymouth both cars went Coast to Coast .

2019 Ford Flex from Rapids Ford

Bought a 2019 Ford Flex that had front brake issues, service dept. ordered parts and repaired very quickly, now notice a lot of brake dust on back brake of same passenger side and grinding noise when slowly press down on brakes, I'm slowly leaning towards this car being jinxed. Now find out it was last year of model and parts may be hard to find in future, love the car but very hesitant for future Ford products now.

My experience at Ford was great. They helped me with everything and I didn't feel pushed into anything which is important to me. I even got to take home my car the same day which was very exciting! I'm loving my new traverse!
