Same problem after paying to have my vehicle fixed
I paid 500 dollars two weeks ago to have my vehicle fixed and my car is still riding funny. I was told that my spark plugs needed to be changed and once that was completed, I should no longer have any problems. Well two weeks later, my car is still driving funny and jerking when it is not in motion! I purchased my vehicle from Billy Navarre 2 years ago and would rather drive to Texas or shop from anywhere else but here!

At the present I can?t respond to the quality of repairs, because I haven?t had my car long enough to determine the quality. Not all the repairs could be seen with the naked-eye. When I inspected my car before leaving I noticed that a small amount of water was still left in the trunk of my car. In the first place that was one of the reasons the car was towed. I told the representative about the water and he got a towel to absorb it. The representative didn?t show or explain what was done to my car when I picked it up other than what he told me over the phone. I hadn?t not met the representative since the car was towed in; I only had a name, but didn?t know what he looked like. When I arrived I stood by his station not knowing he was my representative, he never raised up his head from addressing a call and looking over paperwork. I waited patiently thinking he would acknowledge me at some point or either ask may I help you. I stood there approximately a minute or two. I was very disappointed with his lack of professionalism. I went to another representative that pointed out that this was the person that was my representative. All he told me was where to pay. I had to ask him to show me the work that was done on my vehicle. I have been a loyal customer for many years and this is the first time I have received this type of service when picking up my vehicle.

Looking to buy a truck
I will never go back to billy Navarre in lake charles. They lied to me.i stayed up there all day.that was ridiculous. I can buy a vehicle any where.i don't know what the problem was. They need to learn to tell people the truth from the start.

2019 Ford Edge
Beware and don't buy there I live in Houston and saw online a vehicle but the description was not good so I called a the dealership and got George Duncan I told him I was interested in the 2019 Ford Edge that was in the internet and I wanted it fully loaded including Nav and roof and no accidents as it was also posted on their website with auto check ( not commonly used by dealers ) and he verified that had what I wanted I proceeded to move forward I also asked him if it had all weather mats and he said no but it had regular Ford mats I said ok so when he delivered the vehicle to Houston after signing the paperwork he was in a hurry to leave when I went out to set up my bluetooth for my phone realized that it did not have Nav or a sunroof and had paper mats as I pulled up there were no floor mats and to top it my credit Union called me to stop the deal as it had a car accident on the Carfax so to make a long story short I told Mr.Duncan I would return the vehicle on Monday at 9am when I got there I was asked to either fill up the tank with gas or give them $20 I questioned it but did to get out and pick up my car after leaving all 4 tires were low in Nitrogen as that's what I had also Mr,Duncan had confirmed he had my sunglasses and would return them to me and a garage door opener after leaving I sent him a message requesting him to send me my property back and he would not reply several days later I called the GM by the name of Patrick Booth and explained he said he would call me back he never did several days later I called back and asked for Patrick Booth and left him a message telling him that if if I did not hear from him and get my property back I would go to plan B and C so he had someone call me by the name of Stan to tell me that they sent my garage door opener the day before but my sunglasses the salesman did not have them I then told him that was a lie because George Duncan had confirmed he had them in his possession so you all decide for yourself.

Service Department is bad!
I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Truck brand new and they tried to screw me on the price. Now I’ve taken my truck to them 3 times in a year for problems that they can never fix. How do you not know how to work on your own product? We had to evacuate and my truck is broken yet again! Every time I go there they look at me as if I am bothering them and the looks on their faces makes you feel unwelcome! It’s not my fault that they can’t fix my truck! To top it off they keep your vehicle for weeks just sitting in the back of their shop while they expect you to find a ride back and forth everyday! I have pictures and proof of everything!
