Porsche of Annapolis consistently presents me with a master class in high-touch customer service. I always leave impressed by, as well as appreciative of the entire customer experience that greets me with each visit to get my 2020 Macan S serviced. Their facility is gorgeous and their service advisors are knowledgeable, attentive and dedicated. On my most recent service visit, I had the pleasure of having Julianna as my service advisor - she was impressive and a pleasure to work with.
