I came to see a car off their add and every employee that walked by me asked if I was being helped. They were very courteous, professional, and great attitudes.... Shane was my salesman, and he did a good job. Not once did I feel the sale to be pushed on me, something other dealers should take notes on. He shown the car, sat with me through a test drive, and was clear and concise the entire time. Genuinely surprised at this level of customer service. Highly recommend it.

Do not purchase from this dealer...
I've never bought a car sight unseen until Saturday. Accordingly, I was very nervous and probably quite difficult to negotiate with, but Kevin was understanding... and took good care of me. I arrived at the dealership to find the car was, more than exactly as represented, also exquisitely well detailed by the Atlanta Autos team. I had an epic 900-mile drive home, and a very positive experience.
Their inventory is nice, but they are for themselves and not the customers which is sadly expected of businessmen but it would be detrimental to spend... all that money on a car and then find out a bunch of stuff is wrong with it where the price should've been decreased or the problems should've been rectified before purchase. I saw them make another customer give them a good review online while they were still doing the paperwork and didn't drive off yet.... who does that? THEN THEY EVEN SCREENSHOT IT!!! LOL! The pics are also deceiving. The pics are all taken well to hide errors you'll find visiting in person. They don't even want to negotiate lowering what's advertised due to prior damages not listed that they're not going to take care of.. their excuse is, "well it's not a new car." So what? Premier dealerships at least try to compensate for damages unlisted, especially if you're traveling from out of town. They also try to get you to buy $1000 box to wash and wax your car. If I'm attempting to purchase a $40,000 used car from you, why are you throwing in hidden fees for stuff I didn't ask for? I couldn't even negotiate with the salesman without other employees who at the time had no customers constantly walking by eavesdropping. Before I walked away, I had to ask more questions. Why are you selling $20,000 and up cars to customers and having them leave the lot with the gas tank on E? Why do you have guys setting BUCKETS on top of cars? Like that can't scratch the paint? Like xxx.. and don't get me started on the guy that walks around like Suge Knight. Stop intimidating people into believing lies your salesman spew so that you guys can make a profit selling cars with numerous issues and no gas in the tank. I overheard another customer yesterday attempting to buy a car but the tires were bald. Unbelievable! Once I asked the gentleman helping me if there's other instances of that, he told me, "things happen.. they're used but I'ma take care of you since you workin' with me." Oh okay.... mind changed... I'm out!
I would recommend any other dealer than him. He's deceitful and can be unprofessional during negotiations if he can't get his some of his commission. Also,... he gave my delivery driver a hard time by not having the vehicle ready by the time he arrived for pick although I was told it was ready TWO DAYS PRIOR.
Josephine is a very nice person. She was very professional and very helpful. She did everything she could for us to get the car. I strongly recommend... her for your next car.
