Bought a G-wagon from them which i had to leave to have
Bought a G-wagon from them which i had to leave to have the wrap removed, due to lack of and definite miscommunication from the sales rep and the manager Christian, i did not get my car in 2 days aa was advised and got it a week later only after i wrote a review on Google. Picked up my car on Tuesday and by the time i got home the engine light was on. Text the manager who told me to bring the car in today so yesterday i took my car to Mercedes-Benz and they ran a diagnostic test and told me it was the fuel pump but when i brought my car to atlanta autos today at 10 am, their mechanic me it was the battery. I sat there and waited all day, asking for update every so often without none and at 5:30 pm, the mechanic comes and tells me it is the fuel pump and they have to give me a loaner. He gives me a 2019 Cherokee that is dirty on the inside and smells like cigarettes. Thats an insult when i bought a luxury vehicle. Lexus has always given comparable vehicle but i truly believe that atlanta autos is being vindictive for me writing my review. I am truly scared to get my car back after they fix almost like what if my brakes fail or worse? I will take it to be checked again by lexus before I drive it because I truly don't trust them. If you need a luxurious vehicle or any vehicle for that matter please do not go to atlanta autos.

Dishonest! Very responsive to make a sale. Will state they have state of the art facility and all cars are meticulously evaluated … except the 2020 Aston I purchased which arrived with non functional side cameras, leaking valve covers and rodent damage of the wiring harness and a non factory unprofessionally installed radar detector that was not disclosed. The sales managers (Bret and Jay) and then the dealership manager each assured me it would be addressed and made right. Purchased car Oct 2024; all words no ethics. You may be ok with a high volume vehicle but AVOID otherwise. My experience demonstrates they cannot be trusted. Multiple times I have been told the owner is reputable. Not from my perspective. Become involved with dealership only if you want to incur high risk.

The Hyundai Tucson car I came to see and hoped to
The Hyundai Tucson car I came to see and hoped to purchase was sold a couple hours prior to my arriving. I was a little disappointed, but Tim came to the rescue and with my children on the phone, I left with an Audi Q5. The team of Tim, Marcus, and Mark in Finance helped and got me in the Q5! I am excited with the outcome!

The Hyundai Tucson car I came to see and hoped to purchase was sold a couple hours prior to my arriving. Do not trust the car report they show you. If you are planning to purchase a vehicle from this dealer take it to other shop to get it inspected. They have a shop at the dealership they repair almost any damage car and do not report accident. Car fax will show you 0 accidents but it’s fake.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst company ever! Thursday I got a call back on a vehicle that I have been looking for. The general sales manager texted me and was going to get me a walk around video of the vehicle on Friday. Told him I would fill out application Thursday evening when I got home. I originally gave this place along with the salesman a 5 star. But I have since decided to be honest about my experience here, which has unfortunately led to a now 1 star rating. Prior to me purchasing my vehicle, I called Atlanta autos to set an appointment to view the car. They confirmed and said the car was available for viewing. I drove over 2 hours.. just to get there and the car was in the shop. A waste of my time and gas. They did however make it right by coming down on the price (after days of negotiation). Once we came to an agreement I traded in my vehicle. Signed the paper work. Got the keys and that was that. At least so I thought. Over 30 days later, my trade in was still not paid off. I called Atlanta autos at least 3 times to express my concerns and they blew it off. It took me calling them a total of 5 times for them to look into what happened to the payoff. They sent it to the wrong financial institution. They never wanted to admit this mistake and kept saying it was correct. But it wasn’t. My financial institution was under a completely different name than where they sent the payoff. I didn’t receive an apology or anything. All I got was “mistakes happen” from the manger, and that he’d see what he can do and call me back. Which never happened. Roger and Chris also has not returned my calls or texts. Because of this mistake I’ve been left to pay for 2 vehicles and they could care less about it. I’m highly upset at the customer service and lack of urgency they have displayed. I have now decided to get a lawyer involved since no one wants to compensate nor answer calls or texts. This establishment is awful and I will never do business here again.

On Monday Aug 12, 2024 I negotiated a deal with Atlanta Autos that included them paying for half the shipping round trip charges to get my trade in to thier dealership and the McLaren I was purchasing from them back home. Brinson "Marcus" Craft told me several times the McLaren I was purchasing was in excellent condition and on their "showroom" as one of the nicest cars they were selling. I had my bank overnight a check to them and proceeded to rent a trailer and hire a driver to ship my car from Houston to Atlanta as a trade in on this new car. I agreed to purchase sight unseen based on Marcus description and the fact the dealership looked to be credible with such a large inventory of exotics. After reviewing the carfax I had learned the car was just serviced at McLaren Atlanta on June 6, 2024, so I thought I would give them a call to see if they knew anything more on the cars service history. I was informed that there was minor damage to the under carriage of the car and the previous owner denied repair. Myself and the service tech couldn't determined how bad the damage was, so I proceeded to request a look from Marcus. As you can see in the photos, a text came back from him as "negative" to damage/scratches under the front bumper. So again the transaction was moving forward on Tuesday. My driver had left and arrived on Wed the 14th to deliver my car and load the Mclaren. At this time my hired driver inspected the car under the front to determine there was significant damage, even the subframe metal was destroyed. Marcus again lied and said it wasn't that bad. Minutes later they put the car on a lift and Marcus agreed they should unwind the deal. But not before he had to insult me further by offering me $1500 off on what would be an over $20k repair by the McLaren dealer. Go to Yelp to see real reviews.
