    Good To U does not sell quality cars like they used to. Hopefully you’re reading my review before you waste your tax refund or other money here. I purchased... two cars from here a couple years ago when I was in a tough credit situation and had no issues. The cars were quality and Dean and Dave had no reason to hide things. I recently purchased a vehicle here and what an awful experience it has been. I was assured the vehicle was serviced prior to me picking it up. The vehicle was not detailed well at all and was frankly dirty upon pickup. Something I lived with since I had good experiences before. This hasn’t mattered due to all the mechanical issues. I found a seatbelt clip was faulty upon leaving the lot. Within a short time I noticed it dripping coolant. The drip turned into a constant leak. Turned out the water pump was bad. I was charged a deductible and during this service I was told they did a full inspection and everything else looked great. First time using it in 4 wheel auto it jerked all over the road. Dave assured me he looked it over and it just needed fluid. A week later I’m stuck in 4 wheel drive and it needed a motor. How wasn’t it noticed at the first service. And why again was I charged a deductible when the techs and Dave should have caught this on the first service. Again I was told it was looked over. Then the car completely died due to bad wiring in their GPS. Of course I pay to have it towed in when it was their faulty system. I get blamed for installing a stereo when no wiring was changed and I just clipped into the existing wiring harness. Next the service tire monitor light comes on. Again my fault due to a cell phone charger and due to the aftermarket stereo. I’ve been blamed for changing the lenses on the head and tail lights when it’s all factory wiring and bulbs just a new housing. I ran the codes on the car to see what was in there and boy was I surprised to find 2 power train codes, 2 air bag codes, and the tire system code. Good to u decided to do nothing for it and blame me again. At this point I’m still unsure how the vehicle was Dave tells me “we’ve already been good enough to you and we’re done”. I even offered to put in the old stereo for them to look at these codes and was told no they won’t bother. That shows how important I am as a customer and how important my safety is. So now I’m driving a vehicle around that I feel horrible every time I put my kids into since who knows if it is even safe. Unbelievable with air bag codes and faulty seatbelts that this is how it is handled. There’s only one way to make this right and that’s to refund me or switch it out for a car that you’re not hiding anything on. I’m sure they will put a nice rebuttal here about how it’s my fault and they’ve been good enough to me which is an absolute shame because the old good to u wouldn’t have been so greedy and left me in a car with this list of issues. Take your chances at another buy here pay here or dealer and don’t end up in my situation.

    We were in a situation with a car we are buying,having many problems we called them ,sent texts about trading the car in, we received no help or response,... we were told we had to wait until our car is paid for, why would want to go back into debt. They use to be very family in the beginning when we started going to them.

    3 days late for a payment and my car was shut off. Because I couldn't pay them in Thier time my job is at risk. If you don't want a dealership that can... have the power to ruin your transportation, i repeat DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. They have been nothing but a headache and a high interest rates.     They are very great people there. They went well above what they had to to help us.we are hoping to be able to purchase another car again. They worked... with us when things went bad. Good people does not describe them.
