Woodcrest Motors has an amazing assortment of trucks, if that is what you are looking for. Purchased a Ford F-250 today after haven test driven approximately 10 different trucks. Ask for Marcus, if you go there, he is a straight shooter, knowledgeable, and very pleasent to interact with. Not at all your typical "used car salesman" experience. Overall, 5 stars for this outfit.

Marcus was great to work with... Went to look at a different Toyota, which didn't suit. He mentioned another that hasn't been processed yet, allowed me to look at that one even though it wasn't on their lot yet, came back for test-drive w/ wife & bought truck! Very professional & courteous! Have already recommended Marcus & this dealership to others!! Would buy there again...a true Blessing to work with!!

We recently purchased a 2006 Nissan Titan from Marcus at Woodcrest Motors. He was very accommodating and helpful. We discovered a mechanical issue on our test drive, and they promptly had it repaired at a local shop before we took delivery of the truck. Seems to be a place of honest dealings and quality vehicles!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Woodcrest Motors and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used truck. We have recommended them to several friends and business associates and even though we work and live in Maryland it was worth the drive. Their service was exceptionable and Marcus was great to deal with. We ended up buying two trucks from them and are very happy with our purchases. Their selection was very good and they were very honest with their pricing and information about the trucks. I would definitely go there again for our next company vehicle and most likely personal truck.

Experience was good. All paperwork was done in advance so I could get in and out without wasted time. Showroom could use a little extra help during busy times. Lots of pickup truck options in a similar condition and price range. Good place to go for a pickup (truck).

Asked all the pertinent questions before driving an hour and 30 mins to purchase a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500. Was told from salesperson that truck had a few dings, NO accidents, and drove 100%. After a few days passed, I went to the dealership to purchase the truck. After an inspection of the truck, it had more than a few dings, dents under both driver and passenger doors, and an incompetent salesperson who never had an answer to any of my questions. When I asked if the truck had been in an accident, which I asked days before, the salesperson changed his original "No accidents" to yes, the truck had been in a head on collision back in June of 2013. I didn't purchase the truck and wasted close to 3 hours of drive time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone after the unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge they displayed.

Questionable practices, and preferences, regarding to whom they sell a vehicle, after being approved. Very disappointed that after providing a down payment, and being approved, another potential buyer, that did not provide a deposit, nor have had loan approval through this dealership was given this vehicle. The sales person requested we give the other buyer until morning. We agreed, and granted his request, and then did not call in the dealership until early afternoon. We were then told "he thought about it some more , and said he was going to call the other potential customers to give them one more chance". Begs the question to other buyers, "will they sell to me"?

Husband and I visited this dealer, saw 2 trucks of interest. Dealt with Marcus, when decided to go with the truck my husband wanted, We were told that somebody was interested in this already. They gave no money down to hold it. in regards we did, and also approve within one hour for the loan, under the saying from Marcus, that he had called them and told us that he was giving them till the next morning to get back to him. The next morning came and went, so we called him at 1:00 pm on the 26th of Feb. 2014, to hear him say that he was thinking about it and wanted to call them to see where they were at, he called back and said that they were able to come up with the funds and that he felt it was only the right thing to go with them. To me, it was preference over a customer that was not able to call to keep dealer updated, and let alone not putting deposit down on vehicle. Very bad practice that dealership.

Marcus at woodcrest motors was very honest and professional.I just purchased a ford f150 2008 crew cab xlt. I brought my family along including my in laws He answered all of our questions and even lowered the price due to a few scratches. I cant stop looking at it. A great experience.

I had been looking for a "new to me" truck for a long time and therefore was very informed on the tradeoffs associated with the used truck I wanted. The 2009 F-150 crewcab I purchased from Woodcrest has proven to be a great vehicle. I was a bit wary when I came across the truck online, as it seemed to be be a deal to good to believe. Adding to the situation was the fact I was 320 miles away from Woodcrest and the thought of driving 5 hours to be disappointed with the truck on my arrival was enough to just pass it up. I spoke to Marcus a few times and he was more than willing to take the time to answer my questions. On a few occasions, he even walked out to look at the truck and while we talked to make sure he was giving accurate information. The dealing on the phone was enough to give me confidence that the drive was not a waste of my time. I waited a couple weeks after purchasing the truck to write the review to make sure I gave feedback I felt confident in posting. I have to say I love the truck and am very happy with the deal I got from Marcus and Woodcrest motors. As with any used vehicle, all is not perfect -- but I truly feel I got a excellent truck at a great price! Thanks - I'm really enjoying my new ride! Dave
