Terrible dealership. They sold my daughter a car at full price and the transmission blew in 4 weeks. We didn’t have the money for the warranty. So now she owes 11k for a car that is worth 5k. Do not trust them!

Do not buy from them. My college student daughter bought a car that had a bad transmission. i believe they knew this. In 6 weeks it had to be replaced. She paid full asking price, then had to pay 5000.00 to replace transmission. All they offered to help was with 500.00. They took advantage of a young woman. We went to them thinking that since we live in the area, that they were trust worthy. Bad mistake. Now she owes 7000.00 more than it is with. Our family will never have anything to do with them again. Beware of what they are selling. I think they buy vehicles that they don't even inspect.

I bought a truck from them that came up with some transmission problems. They not only fixed my truck but gave me a loaner car. Very professional and friendly team. Special thanks to DJ.

Bought my suv outright, After two check engine lights and excuses when I brought up concerns I would not recommend. First check engine was under warranty, they stated they changed the spark plugs and that was it. I told them that it was fluids leaking somewhere because it rumbled and clouds of smoke would come out the exhaust. I was told “Honda’s are different then your previous car” and that “if it rumbled it could be a stolen cat.conv. Ummm I’m looking at a replacement for the head gasket. I got a lemon!

As an out-of-town buyer on a tight schedule I had to rely on the Sabattus team to deliver as promised and on time. Sales manger John Russell went the extra mile to make sure that every detail was performed and Marie had the paperwork ready BEFORE I arrived. Consequently the closing took 15 minutes and I was on the road to Florida in a superb used vehicle. If you’re looking for a quality vehicle from an honest team who care, this is the place!

I‘ve visited a couple of dealerships in the last few days and this one was by far the best and friendliest. While the car by far had the most miles of the ones I looked at it was cosmetically in the best shape. There was a tiny nick in the windshield that they had taken care of that was slightly noticeable but otherwise I was impressed with the cleanliness and their service.

We are very satisfied with our car purchase. Laura was awesome to work with & helped us get what we wanted. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Everyone there was friendly to my wife & I.

Saw the car, Kia Soul 2016, on CarGurus. Went to see it on the 5th if July. The price didn't match the listing and the sign on the door said they were closed. Someone came out to see me. I asked about the listing. They said they just hadn't changed the sticker yet. They let me test drive the car, in spite of being closed for the holiday weekend. I let them know that I'd like to take the car to a mechanic. They gave me their card. I was able to see a mechanic the next day, again even though they weren't open for the weekend. On Monday they patiently answered all the calls from my credit union. They took care of the things my mechanic found which wasn't much. And on Monday they even stayed past 5pm to wait until I could get there with the check. Beautiful car. Friendly service.

Would definitely buy from them again! Held our truck on a handshake and worked with our bank to get us the best interest rate possible. Great guy!
