I was very unsatisfied with the buying experience. I tried to work a deal on a vehicle that was overpriced and sales team was completely rude and disrespectful to me about the fact that their vehicle was overpriced. I had hoped to close a deal with this particular dealership as the truck they had was exactly what I was looking for but after considerations of the unprofessionalism of the sales group I had to decline any further business.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealer of any kind and I was extremely pleased at how easy they made the process for me. I enquired about an Audi A4 online and was contacted immediately. Mike took care of everything for me and was able to accommodate to my busy work schedule. There was no pressure to buy, the vehicle was fairly priced and in the same condition as advertised. On the day of purchase all paperwork was already prepared and Chip had me in and out with my new vehicle in about an hour or so. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle here and recommend to others.

We were in the market to purchase a newer vehicle. We've always bought our cars from large dealerships but a friend told us about Warwick AutoPark. They had a particular car on their lot we were interested to test drive. When we arrived, Mike was very friendly and gave us the keys to test drive. He and the staff worked closely with us from start to finish?offering a fair trade-in price for our current vehicle along with a fair price on the purchase. No haggling needed and no "checking" with the Manager for price approvals. Mike kept in touch with us thereafter confirming our day to pick up the vehicle. The paperwork took less time than we've experienced at franchised dealerships previously! I would highly recommend this friendly and honest family-owned dealership?and I love the car!

I bought my car 3 months ago and I love it! Mike made the purchase painless, trade in was very fair, which made purchase even easier. Great place , honest people and great cars!

What can I add that other have not already written? FANTASTIC experience. Good deal, ZERO pressure, and they led they way through the financing maze. In the end, I got the car I wanted at a good price and have a ton of confidence in recommending Warwick Auto Park to anyone. It's nice to deal with fellow "car nuts".

Warwick AutoPark is an outstanding auto dealership. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Larry and Mike are always there to help you. I have been looking for a Miata that is low mileage and in good condition for quite some time; needless to say that I was super happy to find one here at a great price! I sent them an email and almost immediately Larry emailed me back, answering all my questions. I decided to give them a call, and was absolutely amazed how friendly, knowledgeable and through he was. So I decided to take the plunge and drive 2 hours to check this place out. The drive there was absolutely amazing as well, back roads and open land. When I arrived, I was greeted by my new car sitting out front, surrounded by 160+ other cars, many of which were very high end (M3's, STI's, 911's). The lot and offices were very clean, yet reminded me of a closer "Mom and pop" type of place. Needless to say, although it looked that way and the employees were all very close with each other, these guys have the professionalism of a big car dealership. I was greeted with a friendly smile that made me feel welcome, rather than pressured into anything. After looking over the car (which was immaculate by the way), I took it out for a drive and thoroughly loved every second of it. After everything else, I got to meet Chip. This man is one of the most friendly, honest and professional GM's of any dealership I've ever been to. Another plus is that he has raced Miata's in the past, so he knew everything about them and gave me some great advice. They gave me a great price on my trade in, more than I was expecting and helped me out a lot when it came to financing. If you take anything away from this review, it's this: These 5 star reviews are real. I know many of you may think that dealerships make their own reviews, but this is not the case when it comes to Warwick. If you're looking for a great car at an even better price, this is the place to go! Thank you so much!

Excellent dealership with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very clean and organized with a good selection of vehicles. If you are shopping for a used vehicle you should check them out.

If you currently own or have owned a German car, you know the fun and pleasure you get from driving it as well as the the quirks that appear as it ages. You also know that there aren't many shops that have a skilled service department that combines competency with enthusiasm for these cars. Warwick Autopark does. My '03 Audi was in need of service and the closest specialized shop I could find (where I could get honest advice, competent work, and affordable service) was in Reading. I met Kevin at the Lititz Car Show where he and the guys brought out a bunch of fun toys (Shelby Mustang GT500, Supercharged Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, Dodge Viper, etc) to show. Yeah, they definitely love what they do! We chatted for a while and I instantly knew that he had the skills to get the job done. Jeff welcomed me in, and Chuck even showed off the garage. If you have a question or want to speak with the mechanic, no problem. They want full satisfaction and there is nothing to hide. If you have an Audi/VW and you?re looking for a trustworthy, friendly shop in the Lancaster area that knows what they?re doing, this is your place. Ask for Kevin.
