Excellent Experience at Warwick Auto

The experience at Warwick was excellent, from the use of the Web site to the friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff. We purchased a 2011 BMW 125i and received a fair price for our trade in. We looked at the BMW the first morning it was at the dealership and drove away with it an hour later. We'll definitely try this dealership's service department and will recommend them to others.

Nice experience

We bought a 2006 Volvo from Mike Ulrich and it was easy and painless. No pressure tactic sales gimmicks etc...he was completely upfront about the car itself and the pricing etc. We have all had bad experiences buying used cars but we appreciated how Mike and the owner and the service manager all gave us some insight into the history of the car with CarFax etc...we would definitely come back here..well done gentlemen !

Terrific experience.

Wonderful, friendly purchasing experience. Mike Gibbons gave us excellent customer service. We had a horrific experience a few months ago at Brubaker Chrysler Jeep in Lancaster and would never give them another dime. This is how customers should be treated!!

Great Service, Great Employees

Purchased a 2003 BMW Z4 in July 2013 from Mike Gibbons. He was great to work with and gave me a very fair deal. Had some warranty work done a few weeks later and they covered it 100% with no questions asked. I would highly recommend them.

Great Service along with comfortable atmosphere

My 2003 Mini Cooper needed service to diagnose a "check engine" light. I had heard some good reports about Warwick and decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with all the communication that was presented to me as they went through the troubleshooting process. They found the problem quickly and repaired the vehicle promptly. I will definitely use Warwick Autopark to service my vehicles in the future.

The Real Deal

We took our vehicle in to have some upgrades and repairs made. The Warwick Auto park staff were kind and courteous. They gave us an accurate estimate prior to having the work done. The facility is extremely clean and the staff isvery friendly and personable. We also purchased a truck from Warwick Auto Park and have had excellent service. We keep coming back to Warwick Auto Park because they are honest and keep their prices affordable. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for a vehicle. If you need service on your vehicles, this is the place to go. You literally do get service with a smile!!

Top Notch Fast Service, Excellent Communication

I purchased my car from Warwick in Jan. That whole experience was great and made my realize I would return for service when needed. That time arrived in case of road hazard damage from road construction. I called the service dept and explained my concerns and they were extremely helpful on getting service set up. The service was quick and very thorough. They went above and beyond in making sure my car was OK and making suggestions for needed repaired and what was OK. I was most impressed by the communication. I received several phone calls with updates so I knew exactly what was going on. I would recommend this dealer to anyone for a enjoyable buying experience that continues on when service is needed.

Awesome Customer service and sales

I could not be any more pleased by my over all experience at Warwick Auto Park. Mike Gibbons the Sales Rep. and all the employees was super nice and friendly.The car did not have phone connectivity, however they installed the Bluetooth and other after market upgrades for me at no extra cost to me!!! I was completely satisfied with my car!! You guys were awesome!!
