Beware!

Beware! My husband and I stopped in to look at a car this past weekend. While there, we asked the salesman if we paid for it, would they take the car in to be inspected by a BMW dealer. He assured us that would be more then fine. We decided to move ahead and purchase that vehicle. My husband called them yesterday (Monday), arranged for and paid for the inspection and offered to put down money on the car so it would not be sold because the inspection could not happen until Wednesday. The salesperson assured my husband that was not necessary. We had all the financing arranged and ready for the final purchase on Wednesday. My husband was just contacted that they sold the car to someone else. To say we are angry is an understatement. It also makes me wonder if they knew the car had an issue and would not pass the inspection. At the very least this is shady. At least we know where we will NOT be spending our money!

Positive experience

No pressure to buy or walk away. Sales person was informative and knowledgeable concerning the vehicle. Having the carfax was a plus. I would return.

Excellent experience!

My daughter and I stopped in to look at a used Vw, the car was ready for us on arrival. Eric our sales guy was very helpful and friendly. No pressure on anything. The dealership was very clean and professional. It was an efficient process and we were out the door quickly, both of us with big smiles and a gorgeous “new” car. Thanks for the great car buying experience and I definitely plan to be back for my new car next!

Excellent Buying Experience

Our buying experience at Warwick Autopark was excellent. Nick Nolan was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Nick and his manager made our purchase happen, working with us to address our concerns and bringing the deal to closure. Their approach was honest, knowledgeable and always professional. Buying a high end used car can be stressful but we left very satisfied with the experience. We definitely recommend this dealership. For those living in Chester County it is worth the time and travel to see what the Autopark has to offer. BTW, this is the first internet review I have written but I felt compelled to share.

Nick and chip were able to negotiate a good price for our trade in even though they didnt have to or even take the vehicle at all. We would definitely recommend them to everyone and we would go back again. thanks again nick and chip!

Still a great car, but with some issues

Unfortunately I am returning to this site to update a previous review. Since I purchased my car, I have had a few issues, none of which are covered by their included limited warranty. I thought I'd share my story to let others know that this is still a recommended place, but with some cautions. Approximately a week after driving the car off the lot, which was during winter I noticed my side mirror auto-defrost was not working, not too big of a deal but when I called to see what they could do I basically was met with a different attitude that day. Basically, I was told curtly it was not covered and they could look at it for a price, first red flag. Next, within another week my check tire pressure light went on and has stayed on this whole time since. I am going to get it checked out when I go for my oil change. I'm a little worried since even when I was driving it there, it was kind of bumpy in the front left side and should have been more expressive of my concern that that tire was a different brand from the other 3, nicer Perrelli tires. Speaking of oil change, I was told by Nick that I would receive a free oil change certificate upon writing my initial review on this site and still have not received the free oil change certificate, not a big deal because I was planning on taking my car to my regular mechanics, it's just the principle that they didn't follow through on mailing the certificate. Lastly, shortly after these two issues, my cd player suddenly stopped working and now my cds are stuck in the player and it constantly runs for about a minute making a sound every time I engage the power. I checked around and unfortunately this issue is going to cost me time and money to get fixed. After all these issues happening within the first two months of purchasing, I have grown a little concerned whether or not I made the right decision. All of these issues could be an unfortunate coincidence or maybe due to something else, just be cautious when you are looking at the car and check EVERYTHING before signing on the dotted line. I still do like this place, but all of these issues that happened so quickly leave a sour taste and not a five star experience as I previously related. I will update this if they actually do get in touch with me and provide some assistance other than the “not covered” response I think I will get since these issues were not covered in the limited warranty.
