Fantastic experience

I had a great experience shopping with Steve. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not "pushy" in the least. I had a minor piece to fix on my car and he took care of it, no questions asked. I most certainly will be purchasing another vehicle from the Olmos Park Auto group.

Worse business ever !!!

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Where do I even begin…. I purchased a Mercedes Benz already overpriced (Steve - owner agreed) but he did not want to bring the price down. My car had just been totaled and needed to find a car and decided to pay full price. One of the deciding factors was he offered a one-month warranty. There was an issue with a light in the dashboard that he knew he had to fix, and he did. As soon as I drove that car out of his parking lot and paid for the car, my nightmare began!! I found all kind of problems with the car… I called him and took the car to get it “fix”. They did fix a problem with the tires but that was it. They did not fix the AC, the Convertible roof, the vibrating noise….. but if the process they broke two additional parts of the dashboard. I called him to let him know and he said he was going to order the two damaged parts. I, also, told him that they did not fix the problem with the AC and the convertible roof. He said they could “look at it again” when the parts got here…. “Look at it again”??? they never did !!! well, according to Steve, the parts were ordered. A couple of weeks later, he received them but, according to him, one was damaged (really?). Since July 30th, I waited for a text, a call, an email or any type of communication.... I only received one, stating "please understand... these things take time...." Finally, on August, Friday 21st, he called and left a message stating the other part arrived. On Monday 24th, I dropped my car off. I went into his office and he was sleeping... I waited a while and he did not wake up. I had to call him a few times before he finally noticed I was there. On Thursday 27th, he (Steve) texted me to inform me my car was "ready". I picked up my car but he was not there. He left the keys with some other man. I noticed one of the damaged parts was replaced, however, the other part was NOT replaced. I tried to open the convertible and it was NOT fixed either. I, immediately, texted him to let him know and his reply was: "let me ask the tech". Today is September 5th and I am still waiting for a response about why the part, he said he was replaced, was not, and a response of why my convertible was not fixed. On top of all these, while I was driving my car, I noticed the hood moving. I parked my car and noticed the hood lock is broken as well.... To sum all these very unpleasant business transaction... I purchased an overpriced vehicle with a month warranty. Found multiple problems with the vehicle. The owner of the business (Steve Martinez), who was never honest about being the owner, lies to the customer from day one. He is using the "one-month warranty" as a selling tool and he is not honoring the warranty. Once you drive out of the parking lot with a car, you better forget about getting anything done. This is probably the WORSE business transaction I ever had in my life. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and found out they are not even part of it!!! RED, RED, RED LIGHTS!!!!! Be aware of this place and the owner.

Great Service

The experience as a whole was great. I test drive the vehicle and was told to shop around and be sure of what I wanted. I later took my wife to see the vehicle and we were to able to test drive it alone and discuss the it freely. After that the buying experience was simple and straight forward. Thanks!

Exceeded Expectations

I was shopping for a pre-owned vehicle and came across their listings here on cars.com. I found the vehicle I was looking for at a fair price. just looking

I was interested in one of their vehicles, they responded to me right away & let me know the car i was looking at was a "mechanics car" needed work. Also sent e a follow up e-mail letting me know that i should come down to the lot look at other cars. I appreciated that.

Found the perfect truck online

I found the perfect truck online and i sent an e-mail to get more info. I got a response very quickly and was impressed with how much they wanted my business. Unfortunately the truck was sold but now i keep looking at their website for another truck. I want to do business with them.

Best car buying and trade-in experience of my life

I have been to over 20 dealerships to test drive vehicles and discuss trade in value. Olmos Park Auto Group was by far the best experience I had. Steve and Mike should teach a seminar on how to sell cars! Knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely car about your situation to make it work!!! A must try dealership if there is any car close to what you want. What a breathe of fresh air these guys are compared to the traditional dealerships!!

I had a great experience with the buying process and with the overall customer experience. Steve stayed open late for me to get out of work and make it back to San Antonio from Austin on a Friday night just so I could pick up my car. Real people that care about their customers not just trying to make a sale but doing what is right for the customer and their business. We will be back to purchase a car for my sons.
