Automotive Avenues Hours
Lots of dealers say that they sell for wholesale, but now you've found the one dealer that actually does. Over 20 years ago we started our company, selling to licensed car dealers only. 7 years ago, after selling over 40,000 vehicles, we opened our doors to the public, and as they say, "the rest is history". Don't take our word for it. Check out our vehicle listings. See for yourself why if you're looking for a great used car at a phenomenal price, there's no need to look any further.

We didn't have an appointment, but came here first right in the morning! Frank came and asked us if we needed help and told us we would need an appointment.... We told him we were looking to purchase a vehicle ASAP and he was able to squeeze us in. We only had time to look at 1 car and we ended up loving it. We were there for about 5 hours to do paperwork, insurance and everything else needed. We left the lot with a clear titled 2016 Ford Explorer Sport Eco Boost at 38,000 miles, all black with bleach leather! He checked on us afterwards and answered questions at all times of the day. Thank you so much Frank!
If I could give negative stars I would!!!!! The most shady dealership I have ever dealt with!! I was told at 10am this morning that my deposit went through,... and made an appointment to pick the car up at 4pm. This afternoon I saw them putting gas in it at the gas station, (where I also get fuel) and said to the guy, I see you’re filling my car up. The guy said “no the car is sold” and I said “yes, to me, I put a $1000 dollar deposit on it this morning”. He said no, I sold this car to my FRIEND.......so long story short, the deposit I made at 10am somehow was never processed. There was some kind of “error”, according to them. Now.....if the credit card didn’t go through for any reason, don’t you think they would call me? Because I was ready to come there and pay for the vehicle in full, no financing. And I told them that. I would think that they would have let me know. But no, they didn’t. Sounds like the guy was holding the car for his FRIEND without a deposit and decided this morning that he wanted it. Because I was told this morning that the car was still available. Before I made the deposit. VERY shady business practices. Negative 5 stars in my book.
Pete, You're 100 percent correct that a call should have been placed when they had an issue charging your credit card. Apparently there was some con...fusion at that point and for that I sincerely apologize. That being said, the vehicle was not sold to anyone's friend. I'm not sure where that came from. It was simply sold to another customer later in the day as the vehicle remained available for sale after the issue with processing your deposit. Sincerely, Bill S., Dealer Principal
Everyone here was great. They set their prices fairly and have a great selection of different models to choose from so you can find the car that suits... you best! Stephanie was the lady I spoke to over the phone and helped me throughout the whole contactless deal (during Covid time). Easy transaction and I drove away with an amazing Jeep Grand Cherokee for the best price, still haven’t seen one for what I got it for anywhere, I w been checking too! Thanks Stephanie!!

They had exactly the car that I was looking to buy. When I arrived and told them what car I was interested in, they set up a test drive. After all financing... and the paperwork was done. I drove home in my new car, Great service and great people.

The best car experience ever !! Traded one car for a newer car , all said and done within the same day. Couldn't be happier with my new car and helpful... sales rep !
You find the perfect car, the exact make, model, engine and color you've been looking for at automotive avenues. You call to make an appointment for a... test drive. The receptionist confirms that they do have the car in stock. She asks if you want to leave a $1000 deposit to reserve it for a test drive you schedule for the following day. You say yes, just to be on the safe side. She takes your credit card information and confirms the test drive appointment. You hang up the phone and go about your day, excited to finally be getting the car you've wanted. The next day, you drive over an hour to Automotive Avenues. You park and are greeted by an over cheerful employee typical of an auto sales lot. You say you have an appointment. He takes you in and you sign in. You give the lady at the front desk your name and say you have an appointment. She finds your name on the computer. The sales guy walks over to some tables with you as he holds his phone to his ear. After he mutters a couple of "uh-huh"s you start to think something is wrong. The he utters the words you've been afraid to hear, "you sold it?". Your blood starts to boil. You inform him and the entire waiting room that you will not stand for playing games and you want what the car you've come for. A guy, dressed slightly better than the other sales guys, is staring at your paper behind a computer. You call the secretary you spoke with yesterday. You walk up to the sales guy and hold your phone up so he can hear. "You confirm that I left a deposit yesterday, correct?" you say. "Yes," the secretary responds. "I'm not sure what happened." The guy behind the computer asks you to take a seat. "What do you want me to do?" He asks. "I can't sell the same car twice." Eventually, Bill Solko, the owner comes over to you. "Are you ok?" He asks. "No," you respond. " I made an appointment to test drive a car. I left a deposit to reserve the car and you guys sold the car." Bill apologizes. "One of our employees made a mistake. I apologize." "I shouldn't have to pay for your employee's mistake," you say. "I want what I bargained for." You tell Bill you are too angry to talk about anything at the moment. Bill seems to understand. You say, "you have my number. If you want to make this right by giving me what I bargained for or better, call me." Bill says he'll try. A case of a mistake that the owner fixes or another story of a used car dealership that uses bait and switch tactics just to get people onto their lot? To be continued.
Reviewer has every right to be upset! It was an honest mistake made by a member of our Internet Sales Team who failed to process the deposit. I totall...y understand his frustration and disappointment and promised to do my best to rectify. We have 4 more similar model's on the way so stay tuned! Sincerely, Bill S. Dealer Principal
