Bob Brockland service department is in a 2 way tie for the best service department ever in my 60 years of auto ownership. They are all good, courteous, personable, efficient and very willing to assist in any/every way they can.. All are exceptional. Most recently, Tim took especially good care of my car helping me & my car out for a long trip with a short notice. They would get more than 5 stars if possible.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought my car from them in 2018, when I bought it the report they gave me failed to mention that it was in an accident so instantly the value of my car dropped and of course it wasn't til years later that a different dealership informed me that my car was in an accident. That's just the beginning. Last year I took my car to Bob Brockland to have a sound in my engine looked at. They declared my engine was failing (which my car was running fine, it was literally just a noise) and when they called to tell me they informed me they already talked to their sales department for me because I would need a new car. Red flag. Fast forward a year, my car has been running fine then a couple weeks ago my engine started to make a whistling noise. I took it to Bob Brockland and they said it was my PCV valve and it would cost $1700 to fix. The part would be $300. They said I could buy my own part which I found for $70 and that dropped price down to $1050 JUST for labor,(I don't know how that even makes sense that me not paying $300 for just a part dropped the price down $700), and it would take 10 HOURS to fix. Not only that but everytime I would talk to them about the price they always said "but that doesn't count what we might find on the inside that needs to be fixed as well" EVERYTIME. ANOTHER RED FLAG. I got a second opinion on my car and found someone to fix it for $400!!! It took them 2 hours to fix the part THATS IT! I don't know what Bob Brockland was trying to do to my car but I WILL NEVER take my car there again for something as simple as an oil change. They are a bunch of money hungry scammers and I 100% do not recommend doing any business with them!!

I have purchased 2 cars in the last 5 years from this dealership. I have had nothing but good experiences from the buying process to the wonderful service I get.
Went in to buy a new car and Moe was very accommodating and worked with me in any way he could. He must have brought up 4 cars for me to test drive and look at. We didn't have to do any walking around the lot to find what I was looking for. It was a smooth and easy process and the employees made it simple.
They are the best.
Very professional staff and service. I can?t say enough but you will Not be disappointed. Give Brockland GMC a try.

I dealt with 2 salesmen, as it was a holiday but both were extremely good to work with and the 2 of them tag teamed to find exactly what I was searching for! I fell in love with the GMX Yukons but my particular demands were stringent. I just happened to find THE ONE...popped back on their webpage, and there he was!! The perfect man for me: tall, handsome and strong! My “new” 2018 GMC Yukon Denali in dark sapphire blue metallic! He had everything in him I’ve been searching for! I texted Chad Sweazea and asked if I could take him home for the holiday. He said YES! So Wednesday after work, I brushed my hair and went to meet him. He was rugged yet comfortable. Guaranteed not to be after my money. We spent thanksgiving together and on Friday night, I said I do! I couldn’t be happier! Brockland’s sales team answered all of my questions and knew exactly what I was wanting. They did everything they could to make sure we made a good pair! I will DEFINITELY be seeing a lot of these guys and will recommend them to all my family and friends!
STARTING WITH THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO BOB BROCKLAND TO DRIVNG THE CAR OFF THE LOT, THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS TOP NOTCH. THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN THE DOOR, TIM GREETED US WITH A SMILE AND WAS READY FOR OUR TEST DRIVE. WE JUST LOVED THE CAR. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG AND WE WERE TALKING TO MITCH WHO MADE THE ENTIRE FINANCING AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE. HE GAVE US SEVERAL OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM BUT WAS NEVER PUSHY. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW WELL THE ENTIRE PROCESS WENT. WE FEEL THE DEAL WE RECIEVED WAS AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER THAN OTHERS WE HAVE CHECKED IN TO. THE FACILITY WAS SO CLEAN WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING IN PLACE. EVERYONE THERE WAS FRIENDLY AND MADE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE AND TAKEN CARE OF. THIS IS A PLACE TO RECOMMEND TO FAMILY, FRIENDS OR ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW OR USED VEHICLE. WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR SELECTION AND THE SERVICE AT BOB BROCKLAND BUICK GMC.
2017 GMC Terrain
Dylan is very nice, understanding, and professional. He knows plenty about cars and was very reasonable! I got a good warranty and a lifetime of car washes! Everyone that has helped me at this dealership between paying for the vehicle, getting maintenance done, and dealing with a scratch!
GMC Yukon Denali
Terry Funk our salesman was very professional, friendly, HONEST, and great to work with. We spoke to Terry over the phone about the Yukon before making the 180 mile trip to see the vehicle, and everything he said about the vehicle was spot on.
Great Customer Service
I had a great experience buying a new Buick Encore at this dealership. Scott, Terry and Mitch made this buying experience a pleasure. My wife and I will be coming back to buy another vehicle.
