So called Special Offer!!!!!!
After being contacted by the dealership twice, because they wanted my 2016 Sorento to increase their used car inventory, I was supposed to get more than top dollar for that car. I was asked what I wanted, if trading for a new model, and I gave them a list of things on the 2016 that I would have to have included. I was led to believe that this was possible. I was shown a 2017 Sorento and I really liked the car. After looking back on the experience, I feel I was taken over the coals financially and I was a sucker for agreeing to the deal. My car payments increased over $100 and extended to 7 more years. I only had 4 left on the 2016. I had to wait 2 weeks for an answer on mud flaps and automatic starter that was on the 2016. I myself had to call and was told, "oh, I forgot about you!" Then I was informed I would have to pay between $300 and $500 dollars for the starter!!! I'm hoping the flaps are no charge, despite the service department telling me they would be around $100. I requested they call Angela to verify the no cost to me promised. My husband and I wanted to think about the offer for 24 hours, since we are both retired and were trying to avoid an extended increased car payment. The original SPECIAL offer as advertised, would lead you to believe the opposite. But the dealership was apparently so desperate for my car, they strongly encouraged me to make a decision on the spot. The offer should have been so much better. Our first encounter at this dealership was not the same. I actually referred my niece and her husband and they did purchase a Sorento. Now I will have reservations to do this again.

Very comfortable experience
We needed a replacement for my wife's totaled Accent. The new Forte we got for her is an excellent car so far (less than 1000 miles driven). The process was a third of the time that we spent buying our last car. We wound up getting three cars in two days, and are very happy and satisfied with the service. Ron Martin was very helpful. The payments and total cost were reasonable and affordable.

Performance Kia Service Department
we bought a 2012 brand new Sedona. Have had ongoing issues that only happen in the winter. When it gets really cold the vehicle won't start. Took it back the first year it happened they replaced the battery which seemed to correct the problem. The following winter the same problem took it back to Kia again replaced the battery for free again. Seemed to help but we questioned why and had no answers. Once again the following winter same problem. This time towed it in. Kia opened a corporate case because of this our instrument panels was supposedly sent to California and was fixed we were told it was pulling power when we questioned why only in the winter we received no answer. Well this winter it has happened again took it back and was told the battery is low. Really it is only 2 years old and again no problems except winter. Now something I forgot to mention the whole time we are having the issues with the vehicle not starting the check engine light has been on we were told it was an emission leak and heat shield issue and fixed that was told it was a sensor and fixed that and this last time was told it is an internal engine problem and because all of our oil changes have not been done there they may not fix it under warranty. Are you kidding me all the issues we have had with this vehicle you should be bending over backwards to make sure this vehicle is fixed. The last time we called the service department they told us we need to buy a new vehicle. I replied no you need to fix our vehicle and do it the right way or own up to the fact that this is truly a defective vehicle and replace it. We are totally at our wits end. We have been advised at this time taking the legal route may be the way to go. We have showed all the records to an attorney and have been told we have a good case. We just want our vehicle fixed. Take ownership of this problem performance Kia and fix our vehicle.
