FRED DID IT MADE ME HAPPY A KIA OWNER .

MY FRIEND JUST BOUGHT A KIA SUV FROM FRED . WE TOOK IT FOR A RIDE AND WAS WOWED!!!! WE CALL FRED SET A TIME TO SEE HIM. WE TOOK A KIA SPORTAGE FOR A RIDE WE LOVED IT . FRED WENT OVER ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES .if ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A CAR TRUCK OR SUV GO SEE FRED BENSON AT PERFORMANCE KIA IN MOOSIC . What a great experience . My sales associate was Danielle. She was amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. She was very easy to talk to and not pushy like some sales associates are. I would recommend going here to purchase a car and ask for Danielle. Thank you

Glad we stopped in!!!

I wrote my review, but I don't know if you received it. We were very pleased with our salesman,Chris, because he was so kind & helpful. He explained everything in detail...we felt comfortable, like we were important to him, like we were long-time friends! We obtained from him all the info that we needed to know, before our purchase. So called Special Offer!!!!!!

After being contacted by the dealership twice, because they wanted my 2016 Sorento to increase their used car inventory, I was supposed to get more than top dollar for that car. I was asked what I wanted, if trading for a new model, and I gave them a list of things on the 2016 that I would have to have included. I was led to believe that this was possible. I was shown a 2017 Sorento and I really liked the car. After looking back on the experience, I feel I was taken over the coals financially and I was a sucker for agreeing to the deal. My car payments increased over $100 and extended to 7 more years. I only had 4 left on the 2016. I had to wait 2 weeks for an answer on mud flaps and automatic starter that was on the 2016. I myself had to call and was told, "oh, I forgot about you!" Then I was informed I would have to pay between $300 and $500 dollars for the starter!!! I'm hoping the flaps are no charge, despite the service department telling me they would be around $100. I requested they call Angela to verify the no cost to me promised. My husband and I wanted to think about the offer for 24 hours, since we are both retired and were trying to avoid an extended increased car payment. The original SPECIAL offer as advertised, would lead you to believe the opposite. But the dealership was apparently so desperate for my car, they strongly encouraged me to make a decision on the spot. The offer should have been so much better. Our first encounter at this dealership was not the same. I actually referred my niece and her husband and they did purchase a Sorento. Now I will have reservations to do this again.

First new car ever !!!!!! Thank you joe Kirby

At 58 years old I spent my valentines day with with a dude joe Kirby what a day. No dinner no wine no movie no flowers but the man came through with my very first new car. Thanks Joe.

I recieve great customer service. I was seen by Danielle Jaggars. She was very helpful and informative throught out the whole time. She pushed for me and I was able to leave with a brand new car

Very comfortable experience

We needed a replacement for my wife's totaled Accent. The new Forte we got for her is an excellent car so far (less than 1000 miles driven). The process was a third of the time that we spent buying our last car. We wound up getting three cars in two days, and are very happy and satisfied with the service. Ron Martin was very helpful. The payments and total cost were reasonable and affordable.

Great service!!

Performance kia is a great place to buy a car!!! They ask you what your looking for and satisfy you the best way that they can!!! Fred Benson was my sales rep that was so nice, that I bought two cars off of him!!!
