We went in to buy a Kia Soul after doing a lot on research on the car. We had gone to another Kia dealership days prior and were left with bad tastes in our mouths. Performance Kia was a such a great experience. We worked with Chris to find the right Soul for us. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very personable. He made the effort to understand our needs for the car and the financing we were looking for. He treated us like a friend and in no way pressured us to buy a car. We worked with Bill for our financing. I asked him not to run my credit through several banks, and he didn't. He was able to get us the best rate available for the car without a substantial hit to our credit scores. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and we would recommend Chris, Bill, and Performance Kia to anyone looking for a new Kia.
