Quick Efficient Caring staff.
No high pressure sales at all. If you want it there it is basically. Our entire experience from stopping by the lot to driving away in a newly purchased Jeep was about 3 to 4 hours max. Very fast and friendly staff.

Nice cars at good prices!
Marsha is friendly, honest and attentive. Ive bought several cars from them over the years and have always gotten nice used cars at reasonable prices without any run around. They are straight forward in their pricing without a lot of extra fees

Carsmart does bad business
I called Blane about a 2014 audi a7 everyday during the week of January 9-12. I was very persistent with my calling and Blane assured me that he would give me a callback about the car being that it was unavailable to be driven because it needed a new seat. So today I called to check on the status of said car and Blane immediately said it's sold and I said we talked all last week Blane you said you would CALL me when the car was there. He told me I should check my email because he reached out through email.Why would you reach out through email if our line of communication has been via phone. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this was handled. This is not how you treat customers.

we are sorry to hear about our miss communication. I see that we did email you several times but dropped the ball on our end with the phone call
