This dealership is straightforward, friendly, and accommodating. Pat and the team were quick and reliable. Often my previous car buying experiences were slow and difficult to deal with pricing/options. This place waits for you to be ready, and is quick to respond when you are. We left in less than two hours after test driving a vehicle and having the purchase complete. This was my second experience with Richardson, which is why I went back two years later. Same great experience!

I took my car in for oil and filter change. When I got home, and shut the car off, a strong odor of burning oil came from under the car. In inspecting it, I found that the crossbar that was under the oil filter was all covered in oil. I checked further, the new filter wasn’t leaking, nor did I find any other leaks. My assumption is that clean up after removing the old filter wasn’t done thoroughly, thus the old oil that spilled splattered under the car onto the exhaust as I drove home. I ended up taking a garden hose and soap to wash under the car to remove any residual oil. Please be a bit more careful and thorough in cleaning up after an oil change. Besides that, the experience was average.

We stoped in to have the car looked at because the radio and google maps were all not working properly.

Pat made this transaction so seamless by sending me all the paperwork and arranging for transport to California. Other dealers said I would have to figure out the transportation on my own, but he took care of it, which was a great help. The car is awesome and exactly as described/photographed. Super happy with my experience and with my car.

My experience with the Richardson service department has been excellent for 15 years. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved the first time except for when parts had to be ordered.
