Beware of Certifed Pre-owned Vehicles!
Purchased a CPO 2019 Santa Fe. Car starting having transmission issues right away. Within 2 months of ownership the vehicle had transmission replaced, and has since been in the shop a second time for the transmission. The car is still having same transmission issues. These issues should have been uncovered in the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle inspection performed by the dealer. I contacted the GM to see if they could put me in a new car and was offered $8000 less than I paid for it 2 months ago after only putting 300 miles on the vehicle.

I dropped my car off for a recall for fuel, you could smell is gas. I would like to first thank Mrs.Pride and the mechanics that helped me, they went above and beyond to look out for my safety,that is very hard to find and they are very special to me and I will NEVER forget whatMrs.Pride and mechanics done for me. I was treated horrible, and put in harms ways by the service secretary. She told me my part would be in by the end of week but it was not and she told me multiple times that I could come get my car and drive it until my part came in and I told her no I was not picking up my car because it would be my fault if my car caught on fire and she even told me that my car was not going to catch on fire and she yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me a few times, I received a call from the machanic saying I couldn’t drive my car m(even to another car repair shop) because my car was going to catch fire and didn’t know how it hasn’t already and I was pulling into prides at that time due to how I had been treated. I had called that morning to speak with Mrs.Pride but she was out so I spoke with general manager,jerry, and he said he would go speak with her. The mechanics begged and begged me not to drive my car because so were only worried about my safety!!! I also needed another part to fix my gas problem and the service secretary,Lajana, was even ruder when I got there and I told the mechanics she has been telling me since last week to pick my car up and drive it until part was in, I had never been treated that way. Mrs. Pride came out and spoke with me and I explained to her what all had been going on and she fixed my car for free to make sure I was safe and that meant the world to me and she and me baby have a special place in my heart forever and I am so grateful for them, it is hard now days to find people who Truly care, have compassion, and empathy and miss pride in the mechanics had all of that and more. I cried like a baby when I left there because they were only worrried about my safety!! So thank you Mrs.Pride for caring about me and my safety and fixing my car for absolutely nothing, they charged me nothing to fix it just so I would be safe!!! I would recommend them to anybody and if you have a problem speak with Mrs.Pride, it is hard to find people who care now days And her and the mechanics had compassion, and empathy, and general cared and I left there crying because it meant the world to me and they will always have a very special place in my heart and NEVER will I forget what they done for me. We took my 2016 Santa Fe here for a jerking problem upon acceleration. Twice. Not only is my problem NOT fixed, but we were charged a $95 diagnostic fee each time for the same problem...that still isn't fixed. We spoke to a lady in service, the manager, and even a mechanic on the phone and is like they're all confused and nobody knows what's going on. The manager and lady we spoke to were careless with how they talked to us and didn't seem interested in helping at all. In fact, it was obvious they just wanted us off the phone. We won't ever be back here.

My 2 sons bought cars at Pride Hyundai this year, and I bought one this morning. We have had such wonderful service from Clay Morgan! When my husband is ready to buy a car, we will go there again! Never take your car to this place and I would also suggest never buying a Hyundai. It was like pulling teeth with these people to do anything. They did not call me when my car was towed to their place, it took me calling multiple times for them to finally start processing for them to fix my engine, they constantly did not do what they said they were going to do, they were extremely slow with everything, and also gave me my car back with damages that were not there prior to bringing my car in, that created more problems.They claim because they were working on that part of the car they are not responsible for the issues that happen with the other part of my car while it was on their property. The worst dealership I have every had to go to.

Getting a start on life
I am pleased with my new car . It’s everything I need in a car it gets me back and forth to the places I need to go . That’s all I ever wanted . I’m at single mother working a full time job and goes to college with a 2 year old daughter who depends on me .
