The staff was friendly and helpful but they didn’t give me all the information I needed. They didn’t give me a price on neither car. I’m struggling to find how to make my payment because I wasn’t told it would be 2 different finance companies. Now the salesman is no longer working there. Sounds fishy

Beware of Certifed Pre-owned Vehicles!
Purchased a CPO 2019 Santa Fe. Car starting having transmission issues right away. Within 2 months of ownership the vehicle had transmission replaced, and has since been in the shop a second time for the transmission. The car is still having same transmission issues. These issues should have been uncovered in the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle inspection performed by the dealer. I contacted the GM to see if they could put me in a new car and was offered $8000 less than I paid for it 2 months ago after only putting 300 miles on the vehicle.

We took my 2016 Santa Fe here for a jerking problem upon acceleration. Twice. Not only is my problem NOT fixed, but we were charged a $95 diagnostic fee each time for the same problem...that still isn't fixed. We spoke to a lady in service, the manager, and even a mechanic on the phone and is like they're all confused and nobody knows what's going on. The manager and lady we spoke to were careless with how they talked to us and didn't seem interested in helping at all. In fact, it was obvious they just wanted us off the phone. We won't ever be back here.

Internet Sales Mgr doesn't have valid email addres
Contacted internet sales mgr seeking specific car. Mgr said they had what I wanted and then sent me three non qualifying autos. When trying to respond to her original email I got the undeliverable mail demon. What the heck an internet mgr with an invalid email address?

The staff at Pride Hyundai are great. Sales associate April came out to greet us as soon as we drove up. I told her exactly what kind of car I was looking for and the price range and she helped me find what I was looking for. I decded to think it over a couple of days and when I called back to tell them I was going to purchase the red 2016 Hyundai Accent I test drove, April said they had just got in one in my dream color -blue! I love my blue Accent!

Great staff
I've contact Pride Hyundai and was pleasantly assisted by Roy Smith and Jerry . They had a car I was interested in but it wasn't the interior I was wanting. They came up with a plan that includes going near and far just to find the exact car I wanted. As of now I'm willing to wait for their discovery because of the reliable, honest, and devine job they're doing. Going out of the way to try to find a car for a customer is a truly great in my book. Hopefully we can get myself in a car that I've always wanted. Best dealership around

We bought a new Hyundai Veracruz two years ago from Pride. The sales staff and manager were very professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and provided many options. All in all, they made our purchase very easy, we walked out of there with our new car in no time. Since then I have been taking the car to Pride to be serviced, even though I live 50 miles away. The service staff is very friendly, and do a very fast but thorough job. I highly recommend them.
