Ethical people!

I always take my SUV to Haggerty. We have tried other Ford dealerships and their service department is the best by FAR!!!

Excellent customer focus

There were many things that I like about the experience, but the best part was that I had a direct number to the service writer (John) and didn't have to go through prompts or through an operator to get transferred. I also felt like I was NOT being nickel-and-dimed because I wasn't charged to fix my windshield washers by reconnecting a hose that had detached from the pump.

Great customer service and location

The service department and customer service is EXCELLENT! By far, the best Ford dealership I have ever been to. Every employee is friendly, courteous, and prompt to help you with what you need!

Best ford dealership around

They are very friendly and always make sure I'm completely satisfied before I leave. I'm also in a wheel chair and they always go out of there way to make me comfortable I would even consider takeing my car anywhere else.

Great place to do business

John was great! Had a chance to meet him and talk with him over the past few months regarding a new truck. He did not push a sale on me but was willing to answer any and all questions. My wife was treated with respect when she went in there and that goes a long way in my book. Couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. I will be doing business with haggerty and John again in the future. Thanks for the great service

6th month checkup

I dropped the car off, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done. Everyone was very courteous.

What a great experience

Gregg Elmore was a super person to work with. For the very first time in my adult life an experience at a dealership worked out better than expected or I could have hoped for. If you have a car to sell, I would highly recommend checking in at Haggerty Ford and see gregg Elmore.

I went to Haggerty Ford due to a response I received from Gregg Elmore as I shopped the selling of my car on Auto trader.Com. Gregg was very prompt and professional and the experience I had while at the dealership as Gregg appraised my 2008 Charger was outstanding. For the first time in my adult life, dealing with a dealership was truly and honestly a VERY positive experience due to Gregg's handling of them purchasing my car out right. I showed up attempting to sell an excellent vehicle to this dealership. They offered a very fair price, the customer service was impeccable, the staff was friendly, no tricks or games just as business should be conducted. Haggerty Ford treated me right and I am sure they will do the same to anyone who they conduct business with.

Excellent Service Department

Setting the appointment was easy to do online. I was a few minutes late, but the service guys brought my car right into the bay. While they didn't find anything wrong, they explained why I might have noticed the symptoms. Finally, throughout the experience, everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and professional.
