As a frequent buyer of cars, trucks and sports cars, customers should be given a GM points card. Not a credit card, points card would insure they are applied. Also when getting an oil change the oil weight should be listed on customer receipt, especially after the fiasco with the 6.2 liter truck engines. Sid Dillon employees provide good service and are helpful.
