We found the car we wanted on the website and drove over 90 miles mostly in the rain and on back roads. We thought we must be crazy. When we arrived..., Cal Jurman was so welcoming and low key we relaxed immediately. He had brought the car inside so we did not have to shop in the rain. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions and the price was right. We also worked with Donna Roth on the paperwork. They were both so pleasant we wish we bought cars more often just so we could work with them. We will return to Lititz just to check out the rest of the city. ;o)

This dealership has failed to procure my registration after a period of 6 months. After 6 months they said that they had all the correct paperwork th...en told me it would be another 3 weeks because they had to mail it to a 3 party vendor. Total incompetence at this dealership. They are unable to perform the most basic of tasks and are willfully dense. Steer clear!!
Shaun, we regret to hear of your experience. With dealing with out-of-state deals it is true that we deal with a 3rd party vendor and it does take mor...e time to process.
