I would highly recommend this place!!! They are honest people and very profession! My car was at its last toll and instead of lying to me like other car dealers would… they were honest to me!! I truly appreciate the service team and am thankful for their services!

Experience was better than I was hoping for. Received more for my trade-in than I thought I would and did not receive an arm-twisting experience to acquire a new car. Sales person, Jacob, was very friendly and laid back and made the whole process very smooth. All my questions were answered immediately and politely. Will definitely recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to purchase good used or new car.

Ernie, Justin, and TJ were fantastic to work with. They made the process very easy and not as stressful as I thought it would be. This was my first time financing a vehicle and TJ made it painless to set up.

Sept. 29, 2020: Arrived at 3:00 p.m. for scheduled oil change appointment, was driving out of the garage a few minutes before 4:00 p.m., with oil change done, tires rotated, new key fab batteries installed, a checklist in hand of all preventative maintenance checks done, a clean freshly washed car! (Car wash is complimentary!) I can't say enough about the excellent service at Carousel!

I would recommend Carousel Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car. Everyone was very helpful without pressuring me to buy anything. Justin Batzkiel was easy to work with and helpful when making sure I knew how to access all the features on my 2020 Nissan Rogue. TJ was the best when dealing with the financial part and told me how to get the remaining money on my other lifetime warranty returned. All of the sales persons are the best.

I purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKX. It was my 1st time at Carousel Nissan in Iowa City, Iowa. Every single person involved with my purchased was very friendly and actually interested in why I was there. I did not have to spend my entire day there with sales personnel running back and forth between me and management. My sales person (Justin Batzkiel) was knowledgeable in every area and made sure my experience was a great one. Hard to find a dealership like this one anywhere anymore. They have a great team. My deal was complete in just a few hours and I was able to drive my new SUV home. I am very happy.

Great experience! Bought the car we wanted for a good price. Salesman was very attentive to our requirements and desires. Wasn't pushy, but let us know he was interested in meeting our needs.
