Not happy at all about my purchase here! I just went and put a review on Facebook and looked liked they bought some reviews. All you have to do is read them? Makes no sense. I’ve had my car for maybe three months. I feel like I was taken advantage of due to the car being in the shape it is. The problems on the computer were erased yet came back a couple days after purchase. The car is on its way to breaking down. The above light plate fell off, where the key goes in on the outside , fell off, the speakers stopped working, the radio literally fell out yesterday… and now in the last couple days it wouldn’t start. Not the battery but the starter! They will harass you about payments and after you purchase all the friendliness disappears!! I believe I was sold a lemon but no clue what to do about it besides paying way too much for my 2008 vehicle!!!!!

BEFORE I START THE SALESMANS ARE NICE AT LEAST I had Donnie . sad sad place to get a car!! i got my malibu from them back in Dec 2021 and by the following week i started to put money and i mean money in too it.THEY ARE LITERALLY NOT SMART THEY ARE DUMB.. MY CAR TAKES SIZE 15 TIRES THESE PEOPLE GOT SIZE 17 ON IT.. i been wondering why my $15-$20 i put in gas be gone as quick as my kid going to his nanas lol. But, i once put 900$ in that car just in parts & still have a wheel hub assembly i have to get which is another 200-250 unless i wanna drive to shephardsville.. which no im good.. but it has been struggeling to shift to fourth gear, i noticed that about a month later. Maybe a lil sooner. Well the other night the car went crazy popped up low traction started veering me into on coming lane and i switch it to manual it drove good, now automatic works to but still struggles to shift inton 4th. ALSO I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW TO GO HERE TO GET A VEHICLE!! i've also done replaced the driver side head light 3 times which its out again maybe a month later and 2 with the passenger light, i know you replace headlights but literally changing one and a week or 2 ,later im replacing it again.. like no this is old. Ive put more money into that car than I've even paid for it... AUTOSMART ARE LIARS AND THEY WILL SALE YOU A PIECE OF xxxx & NOT CARE ABOUT NUN . ITS SAD BUT TRUE..! ON our way home it felt like a good happy choice until about a week or so later it be like that car knows !!

Bought a car from autosmart and specifically asked if had an oil leak and Billy said no. But a month later brought it to get an oil change elsewhere and was told it had a bad oil leak. Confronted them about it at autostart and Tim told me I'd have to pay for it. First he said it wasn't the head cover gasket then he said it was but also said it wasn't a big problem. Which they lied right along.

Friendly easy going sales crew. Vehicles available from several locations.easy to use web page with internet pricing. They also have a buy here pay here program.Quality of vehicles is high.only down..they can be pricey. Thumbs up

Quick response to questions asked, offered contact number name and hours. Good selection of cars. Was not pushy, overly bearing with the sales talk and offers.

Having known the owner for some time now, and buying vehicles from him previously, I was highly disappointed in the nature of how I was taken advantage of in my last car purchase at Auto Smart. I bought a vehicle that had unknowingly been wrecked in the front end with severe damage and airbag deployment and was told there was no major history of damage to the car when I purchased it from the owner, whom I felt was a very trustworthy man. Further more, the car was not repaired correctly and the transmission literally fell out of the car as I was driving. Thankfully I was going at a very low speed otherwise I probably wouldn't be alive to write this review. I would think twice about using auto smart for such an important purchase as a car.

I really felt like I could trust these guys. Stan, the owner, seems to be a real solid stand up guy. I plan on coming back, the next time I need to purchase a car.
