I asked two specific questions. How many miles on odometer and if it had rust. The reply from the dealership answered neither. They said to call. If I wanted to call I would have done that in the first place. Those questions could have been answered by email.

Went here to purchase a used Ford F450, which happened to be at another Siry dealership. They were more than accommodating and got the truck up to me after we crunched the numbers. Great experience from the moment I stepped foot on the lot.

This was a great dealership to do business with. Although I would have liked to see a better waiting room that was a little more comfortable. I have definitely seen a lot worse though. I guess that's just me being Spoiled though. Everyone I worked with there was great to work with although I especially enjoyed working with the lady that was finalizing my paperwork she was very nice. Unfortunately I do not remember her Name. My situation was a lot easier though being that I had pre approval from my bank. So unfortunately I can only rate on my particular situation. I wish I could give better insight on how it works to acquire financing through the dealership but I will not speak on something but I don't know personally myself. I did feel that there was a great selection of vehicles and everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and if we did not know the answer to a question that I asked they do not try to make an answer up they would ask someone else who knew. All in all it was a great experience Brit the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is I would have liked like I said a better waiting room and maybe to be offered water or something. All the water was available from a water dispenser. All in all it was a great experience.

I knew exactly what I was looking for. I found her online and prayed she was still available. She was!! I called spoke with Parris, who had Sergio call me back since he was busy at the moment with another customer. Within 20 minuets he called me back. Scheduled a test drive a d fell in love from there. Mark was able to get me a great financing with a low APR. John the manager also helped make my experience there a great one!! I’m very thankful I went here, they treat their customers good a d nit just trying to get you to buy a car.

When my family and I came upon the SUV at his lot, we were pleasantly surprised to find it such great condition! Mark worked tirelessly to get us a great finanacing deal.
