Ultimate Auto Sales of Orem

I have had a horrible experience with this dealership, If I could give them no stars I would. I bought my first ever car from this place. They told me that the car I purchased was under FULL factory warranty... 13 DAYS after I bought the car the check engine light came on. I look it to Ford where they told me the car was NOT under any warranty at all. The mechanic then proceeded to tell me that the car had an EXISTING problem and I needed to put in an COMPLETELY NEW ENGINE. I called Ultimate Auto for help, they refused to either pay for the new engine or exchange the car with a different car. They told me that this was my fault for not doing my "due diligence" Even though they advertised the car as being in perfect condition WITH a factory warranty. I called Ford themselves and they listed this as fraud. I do not know if they were trying to make a quick buck off of a first time female car buyer or what but I would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE.

Customer service is great! Felt very welcome when I went inside and everyone was willing to help answer my questions. The whole buying process has been easier than ever.

Jason and Jake are extremely stand up individuals and they run a good business. I am a researching beast when it comes to big purchases and I found the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase and began shopping around. I went to 4 different dealerships and was not all that impressed. Ultimate Auto Sales was my final stop and the vehicle I was looking at was VERY clean and in fantastic condition. The interesting fact is that after looking around their lot I noticed that all of the vehicles they sale are in very clean condition. I can tell that they are picky with their inventory; which is peace of mind to me as a buyer. The whole process was very smooth and they had me approved through an auto loan broker who shops all the best rates around within minutes. 2 hours later I returned to sign documents and drive home my newly purchased vehicle. I work in Customer Service and train a lot of people and their level of service was something rare that you don't see very much. They were warm, welcoming, honest, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. I will definitely be back for my next purchase!

Jake was incredibly pleasant to work with. He was relaxed and didn't try and force the sale. He let us dictate our level of engagement with him and the car we were looking at. The process was smooth and fast and we left with a great car, great deal, and a lot of assurance about everything. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
