Purchased a 2026 Acura MDX Advance this week from Gary Force Acura, in Brentwood, TN. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership.

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. The staff was incredible but I would like to mention my sales contact Matt Randall. Matt was assigned to me after an online inquiry through cars.com. You never know who you are going to get but I was truly blessed to have him assigned to me. The vehicle I inquired about was unfortunately out of my price/credit range due to a recent medical episode that had set me behind in many areas. When I explained my situation to Matt, he and the GFA team went to work on finding me another car. Actually, I know I like their recommendation better than my first choice. The team was very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly caring and worked with me to get into a vehicle, under not so great of circumstances. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to contact Matt at GFA to experience a wonderful purchasing experience that is often not looked at as pleasant in the auto world. I also have to shout at Trey, the finance manager for his help in securing my financing and explaining it all to me. I drove 3 hours to buy the car and will put them at the top of my list for future needs, despite the distance. My sincere thanks to their entire team.

I recently purchased a new car at Gary Force Acura in Brentwood and traded in my old one, and I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I had with Eric and Trey! They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Trey handled all the pre-work paperwork the day before, so I didn’t have to wait around, which I truly appreciated. Both Eric and Trey were incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire experience feel calm and peaceful. They also offered me a very fair price for my trade-in, which made the deal even better. I absolutely LOVE my new car, and I’m so grateful for their outstanding service. Highly recommend Eric and Trey to anyone looking to buy a car! Troy was great too!! Thank you so much! I am so happy!

Easy, fast, low pressure.

Easy, fast, low pressure. Eric was great to work with to close the deal on my recent purchase. Buying a new car tends to be one of those things in life people dread just because it's such a pain dealing with pushy salespeople, aggressive finance managers and spending hours and hours waiting to wrap things up. This was the total opposite - I felt like they listened to me, addressed my questions and concerns, and moved everything forward quickly. I will definitely come back!

Problems occurred after the purchase.

Problems occurred after the purchase. Acura owners manual is less than 150 pages. Compare that to my 2019 Honda Pilot owners manual that is over 725 pages. Info in manual is cursory with no reference to obtain additional info and ZERO detail to do any maintenance by the owner. I down rated the review by two stars for this and an additional star for the salesman's response to my request for getting more information. There is no factory printed or online service manual. Only option is to spend $30 per day for online access to get even the simplest maintenance details like how to change engine and cabin air filters, oil change procedure, torque values. My opinion is that corporate Acura is forcing more people to use the dealers service shops where you will be overcharged for whatever you have done. Of course you don't know any of this until after you have bought the car.

I bought my Acura RDX from Gary Force Acura over three

I bought my Acura RDX from Gary Force Acura over three years ago, and I have gone there for all the recommended services. I have found that the dealership is reliable and reasonably priced for a luxury car. The staff and all personal in the service department are courteous and helpful. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I am kept updated. There are no “surprise” charges. Finally, I leave with a clean car! I would highly recommend Gary Force Acura!
