Jay and his father were incredibly accommodating and made the process easy. Gave a fair value immediately without having to negotiate for my trade-in. Car came with a full set of winter tires, rims included, that was thrown in for free in addition to the all-season tires. When I showed up to pick up my new car, it was in pristine condition with a full tank of gas. Any request that I made, Jay and his team delivered. highly recommend taking a look at any car that Westchester Auto Exchange has in inventory. You will find only quality cars at reasonable prices. No junk cars from the auctions on this lot. I went, I looked, made a deal and bought the car. Jay made the process extremely easy, taking care of the taxes and DMV paperwork. He stayed in touch throughout and even handled my special requests gracefully. His ads are right on, with honest pictures and accurate descriptions. Certainly give WAE a look. When you do, there's really good chance you'll find your next ride there.

Fine place to do business whether to buy, sell, or repair

Jay was extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all into buying something I did not want or like. He even advised against a car (which I agreed) based on my needs. I need a car which is reliable and great on gas. I also prefer driving manual transmission. He guided me to a 2003 Honda Accord with great mileage, one previous owner and fantastic MPG. I write this review 2 weeks after my purchase so I have had time to drive it and really get the feel for the Accord. It drives like new and it is in great condition. Jay put four new tires, a full service and it passed inspection. I walked in to Westchester Auto exchange at 11am and drove away with my new Accord at 6pm the same day! Top marks!!!

For starters ... like many people in the US, my credit is less than stellar. OK, it's bad. But J (Jason) was up for the challenge. My first responses were all disheartening. But that was due to my credit. I scraped up more of a down payment and got approved for a monthly note that wouldn't smother me. WAE coupled with Peekskill Auto Sales was extremely helpful throughout the process. Communication was great and I always felt comfortable. I picked up the car during bad weather so the car wash was closed but J promised me a "wash on him" whenever I'm in the area. Now about the car ... 2007 Acura RL, fully loaded, no warning/failure lights, clean in & out ... I had tunnel vision for my car only but on first glance, the lot looked good with well maintained and finely picked vehicles. I simply love my RL.
