    Bottom Line Up Front - STAY AWAY FROM KEATING NISSAN! I found the perfect car online and it was sitting on the lot at Keating Nissan. I drove for three... and a half hours from San Antonio with high hopes of getting that car for my son, who is soon returning from Afghanistan. Everything seemed to be going fine until I start questioning the APEX GPS installed on the car for an additional $1,600 or $1,800; can't remember the exact number. I am told that Keating installs the APEX GPS on ALL cars on the lot. Keep in mind, this above the and beyond the advertised price. The advertised price is apparently there to lure you onto the lot. Then you get to see all the added expenses. Bottom line - I don't want an APEX GPS at any price, just remove it. I am told that I will still have to pay an additional $300 for the labor involved with the removal of the GPS. This is getting pretty silly, pretty fast. Then I notice on the CarFax Report that this car was sold new at Keating, and was now being sold as a Certified Pre-Owned at Keating. So I point out that this APEX GPS has already been bought-and-paid-for by the previous owner and that I should not have to pay for it at all. The salesman consults with the Sales Manager and comes back with the answer; the APEX GPS is NOT transferable, so it was removed and a new one installed. That was a good answer until you consult the APEX GPS manufacturers website and find that their products are completely transferable. This was the biggest area of contention; there were others. I appears that the sales staff will say anything, and do anything to get you, the buyer to pay a multitude of additional expenses. I get it; every car dealership wants to get top dollar, and every buyer wants the lowest price. In my opinion, at Keating, you are dealing into a rigged game. I'll say it again - STAY AWAY FROM KEATING NISSAN!

    Wife takes morano for oil change. The service department does their inspections, and makes recommendations. Brake shoes at 2mm and needs rotors turned.... $325.00. When i removed wheels at home and measured brake pads they were all at 4mm. There was nothing wrong with the rotors.Called.service mgr. spoke on phone for.45 min. he preceded to blow smoke up my a#×. I don't recomend any services at this dealer unless you just like throwing money away. Please let all military service personnel know, and repost often.

    My wife bought a 2018 Rogue and the navigation system has been incorrect from day one. Took it back to Keating and was told we would have to bring in the... car and leave it for a day for them to check it out. Took it back a few weeks later and service writer said that they could not do anything and to use Nissans navigation update at Nissan navigation.com. Read many bad reviews about the update which required purchasing a update for $149. Very poor assistance from Keating to sell a car with all updates installed.

    Would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is buying a vehicle. They do not know anything about customer service. There are so many other dealerships... that will give you better customer service than this place.

    Inquired about a truck, asked a question via email, the sales person was so desperate in having me come over that he would completely ignore my questions.... After several attempts of getting my question answered, they admitted that they have pictures of high end trucks on base models trucks listings, to get in customers by misadvertising their vehicles.

    Was given a price via email but when I went into the dealership they gave me the runaround about the price. Wasted a full hour of my time. Very unprofessional.... Will not do business with this dealer.

    While looking for a 2016 Honda Odyssey SE, Blake Rhodes was able to help me find the perfect vehicle for my family. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful,... and great with my 5 year old during the whole process! I'd also like to boast on Trey Traylor, who helped me to finance my new Honda. He to was very informative on the whole process and also very patient with my not so patient kiddo! Overall, it was an AMAZING experience! I absolutely LOVE my new Honda, and I would (and already have) HIGHLY recommend this great team! Thank you Keating Honda, and thank you Blake and Trey!

    The service department is very rude and unprofessional. They do not greet there customers. They speak very loudly amongst themselves, while customers are... standing waiting to be seen! Customer service needs to be addressed and taken care of. Very rude on several visits to this location!
