Piss poor communucation
They are completely non responsive to cancel your warranty when you wise up and buy your new car elsewhere. You want to buy a new car, they will return a call in a heartbeat. Really poor customer service lol. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

Do not believe any price listed online. When you get there, you'll find a handy sticker on the windshield identifying "Apex GPS Protect" with a couple thousand price attached. Keating Nissan notes this is a required dealer add-on but they wouldn't lose my business over it. When I said I didn't want it, they indicated it was already installed and couldn't be removed. So much for losing my business. They did. I bought a car from a reputable dealership that was completely transparent about their pricing. No add-ons. I know a dealership has to make money but they don't control my money. I decided what I spend and don't spend my money on. Nissan should be ashamed to have their name attached to this dealership and their practices. Shady. Shady. Shady
The price quoted by the salesperson and sales manager was wrong. Than the advertised price is not the price. They make you buy an Apex system for $2,000 non negotiable. After getting to the signing department the numbers change again hoping you don’t catch it. Was xxxx near impossible to get a drive out price only want to give out payment. I asked for the price not the payment. Complete unethical business buy elsewhere

The internet Woman is inexperienced and keeps bothering us. The GM is a crook. Said my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, spotless, add ons, 20,000 miles only worth low wholesale but uppped the price on their car. He had the nerve to keep calling telling me what a great deal it would be to et him lie and screw me over. To the owner of this dealership, God is real and so is Karma

Bait and Switch. An "iron clad" add on named Apex increases the price $2795. And they appear to want to sell you a car loan more than a car.

Carrie Rodriquez is a manager that doesn’t except responsibility for the dealerships mistake and Chad Johnson tells you things and does not deliver. Very unprofessional

BAIT AND SWITCH! I offered online asking price and the dealership wouldn’t accept. The salesman even confirmed (unknowingly) the shady sales tactic on my initial visit by saying “well the online price got you here, didn’t it?” 🤣🤣🤣 Comical, really! Take your business elsewhere.
"Dealership add ons"
Found a car I liked online for the listed price of 17745 and when I get there they tell me that the price listed online is not the actual price. They claim I have to pay dealership add ons. That every dealership does it . An additional 1800 for an Apex GPS that I have no use for. Also they claim that if you don't finance directly with the dealership the price goes even higher an additional 4000. Bringing the total to about 24k . Don't waste your time coming to this dealership.
