BAIT AND SWITCH! I offered online asking price and the dealership wouldn’t accept. The salesman even confirmed (unknowingly) the shady sales tactic on... my initial visit by saying “well the online price got you here, didn’t it?” Comical, really! Take your business elsewhere.
This is my 4th car buying experience and first with streater smith Honda. They are hands down the best. Big thanks to Mr Diab and Mr Wolfe.
Found a car I liked online for the listed price of 17745 and when I get there they tell me that the price listed online is not the actual price. They claim... I have to pay dealership add ons. That every dealership does it . An additional 1800 for an Apex GPS that I have no use for. Also they claim that if you don't finance directly with the dealership the price goes even higher an additional 4000. Bringing the total to about 24k . Don't waste your time coming to this dealership.

Do not use this dealership. I have never written an on line review. That should tell you how bad this place is. A car was advertised on the internet... for $24,497. A very nice 2016 Mercedes GL450. When I went in to speak to the salesman the first thing he said was, "Now you know that price on the internet is ONLY good IF you finance with us right?" I should have walked out then but I didn't. The salesman then walks over to his boss and comes back with pricing somewhere in the $33,000 range. I had an old beater truck to trade in. They offered me $1,000 for that truck. Fair enough. But to go from $24,497 to $33,000? Hilarious. Then the salesman goes to his boss again. Better this time but now they want to take my truck plus I pay them $26,500. This makes the total for their vehicle $27,500. Still $3,003 above their advertised pricing. Long story short, if you like bait and switch go here!!!!
If you like being handled by 20 somethings, this is the place for you. Jeff , the supposed sales person, was intrusive and rude. Its a shame really, I... went down the road and bought a Mazda.
Very poor behavior from sales people, they will not accept there own quote when we visit the showroom , they will sent wrong quote to make customer visit... the premises,
My husband bought a 2015 Nissan Armada there. The next day we are driving down I-10 to Katy mills mall and heard a loud noise and the emergency brake light... came on. Every time my husband went to hit the brakes there was clunking noise. We called them up and they were going to send a wrecker and wanted the kids and I to Uber home an hour away. We weren't having that so they sent a guy to bring us a vehicle and then a wrecker to pick up the vehicle we bought. The next day they looked at the Armada and one of the guys said that your wife must have hit some gravel because there was nothing wrong with it. my husband explained what had happened and told them he was driving it. We went there the next day to pick it up and talk to the technician that worked on it. The guy said he went home for the day and asked what the problem was. My husband asked if he worked on the vehicle and he said no, my husband replies then you are not who I need to speak to. The guy got pissed off said I dont have to deal with this then walked away. The person who sold my husband the vehicle said you went and pissed off the wrong person. Are you kidding me? Our vehicle breaks down the first day and you expect us to be happy. We take the vehicle home and the next day the sales manager calls my husband and tells him that someone was driving with the emergency brake on and that's why it was making that noise. I don't know why the emergency brake locked up but it did. I don't feel like this issue has been resolved. Buyers beware. They don't care about their customers at all. They only care about the money.
They sold car sooo fast like garage sale!!!!!!!!!!!!! We talked about all price and requirement, then we went there, sales lady told me: that one sold!!!???... I text here just 15 minutes ago!!!??? you never can beat their speed!
