I met with Mike on Saturday morning looking to buy a used vehicle. I knew exactly the style I wanted and Mike walked me right to the car I was looking for. He was super friendly and patient with me through all of my questions and anxiety over making the right purchase. I drove away in my new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with only 24k miles and a monthly payment within my budget (Thanks Brian!). The whole experience was great! Thank you Mike!!

I haven’t stepped foot in a car dealership in over a decade. Mainly because of the previous experiences I had faced years ago. When it came time to buy a new truck, I asked countless friends and associates where to go, and the resounding answer was “Go see Mike Durkin @ Boniface-Heirs Chevrolet” A quick text to set up an appointment with him, and we were off. I sent him a few details as to what I was looking for and then drove in to see him. We test drove a few of the trucks. I told him I was interested but not ready to buy that day. That was fine. He was never high pressure, never used the usual tactics like saying “it’s the end of the month, if you buy today I’ll get you a crazy insane deal!” He just said, “When you are ready to buy, I’ll be here” A couple days later I shot him a message saying I was ready to see some numbers. I went in and we sat down to put some numbers on paper. After a few minutes, we had a deal. I drove home in my new truck a few hours later. With a warranty forever. There’s a reason Mike and Boniface-Heirs have the reputation for honesty and integrity that they have. It because they treat people right, they don’t mince words and they don’t use high pressure sales. They treat you like they want to be treated. Thanks Mike, and thanks BH Chevrolet.

We have purchased our past two cars from this guy, the last a 2018 Ford Fusion hybrid (I never have been a Ford fan but he change my mind!) each experience has been great. He is highly knowledgeable on every vehicle he shows, he goes above and beyond when trying to get you what you want and at the price you wanted. Overall experience will keep my family coming to him for vehicles wherever he’s at! Any dealership is lucky to have him working for them.

True and honest from a dealership employees unheard of! Car buying was a fear until I met Dave Jacobs and his team! Thank you will never be the right words! As a single mom car buying has always been the one thing I fear and dread but never again ! I left with a smile and actually feeling great about the customer service and my purchase! Yesterday my sister, Mary, decided she wanted to go car shopping and asked me to go with her. I told her the only one I would trust is Mike Durkin at AJ Hiers Chevrolet. He greeted us with an warm smile and a hello. I even got a bag of fresh popcorn!😀 yum!! Mike asked Mary what kind of vehicle would fit her needs and what her budget was. He then showed us four vehicles for Mary to look at. He explained everything about these automobiles like he had personally owned them. Mary chose to test drive a 2018 Nissan Rogue. While driving this SUV, Mike explained all of the bells and whistles on this vehicle. Mary decided she wanted to buy this SUV and of course Mike worked his miracle to make the purchase happen. The whole transaction was VERY smooth and easy! I have to tell you, late last December, I personally purchased a vehicle in the northern part of Brevard County, at another dealership, where the service was so horrible that I lost faith in ever purchasing from a car salesperson/dealership again. Mike totally restored my faith with car dealerships! So when it's time for me to buy a newer vehicle, in the future, I will only go to Mike Durkin at AJ Hiers Chevrolet. Yesterday we were on a mission to find a new vehicle not set to one brand or another. Dave Jacobs was recommended and we had scheduled an appointment. When we arrived at the dealership, we were met by Eric and he explained Dave would be right with us but he engaged us in conversation and we were already feeling comfortable by the time we were shaking hands with Dave. Dave Jacobs was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Traverse. He made sure to explain all the different trim levels and how each one was a little different, at the same time digging in to see what we really felt was important to us in our new vehicle. Dave hit the nail on the head and we drove away in our new Chevy Traverse!! Thanks Dave Jacobs for all your help. Dave Jacobs is the guy you want to see for your new car needs and wants!
