This is the 4th car we’ve purchased from European Autohaus over the last decade. We are extremely particular with our vehicles and if we weren’t satisfied we wouldn’t have come back. I purchased 2 vans the same day for my company. These vehicles were not on the lot so nick had to find them for me. In 2 days time he found both of them and came in $4000 under budget. I purchased 2 2018 work vans. This was not a normal request but nick and his team came through for me BIG TIME. Bought a manufacturer buyback from these guys about three and a half years ago. Ended up finally selling my car but I got half the value for it because it was a lemon..... stay away

Great dealer for Audi and BMW. Sales and finance staff were great to deal with.

Strongly do not recommend them they're willing to, lewd any bit of warranty information to make a sale whether it's putting your safety after their profits.

I texted on a Friday to be sure they had the BMW convertible I was interested in and let them know I wanted to drive it. I went there on Saturday and was told by the guy I contacted that I couldn't drive it because it was too hard to get out of the showroom (there was a garage door directly behind it, with no other cars blocking). They let me drive a different and older BMW that I wasn't interested in. A near complete waste of my time. I'll be buying a used BMW convertible, but not at this place.

Honest enough to be legally protected (I contacted an attorney who has "seen Autohaus on his desk multiple times in the past six months"), but sell you buy-back cars that are un-sellable once they leave the lot as Carfax comes back as Lemon/buyback in big bold red letters--i.e. untouchable from most dealers' standpoint. Gave them opportunity to make things right only a few weeks after I bought my car, but steadfastly unwilling, stating "it's a business," and tried to sell me a Q7 instead. I will be discouraging everyone from giving them business and encourage all to go with someone who cares about their customers

Jason was amazing to work with, very responsive, extremely informative, couldn’t asked for a better purchase. Found the exact vehicle I’ve been searching for months. Highly recommend.

jason was great but the only “complaint” I have is that the dealership is three hours from my house but if they had a car I was interested in I would have no problem driving it again because everything is as described and some of the cleanest used cars I have ever seen! thanks EA
