I worked with Brian and Sandy in the service department. They were phenomenal! Went above and beyond to get my truck in and out on a busy Monday while understaffed that morning. They could have made excuses and/or made me reschedule. Instead, they still provided excellent customer service. Greatly appreciated. Mark B.

Bought a used 2020 JGC from them in Jan.
Bought a used 2020 JGC from them in Jan. It's had 3 things wrong with it. Now a coolant leak, my mechanic said it's been leaking for awhile and should have been found on an inspection. I don't think an inspection was ever even done since they picked this one up from another store. Good luck getting someone to call you back when you reach out. All they care about is making the sale. I understand I bought a used car and there will be things wrong, however 3 fairly major things within 4 months of owning the car is crazy to me. Terrible communication. I would never treat a client like this. Now look at all of my options again.

I recently purchased a Ram 1500 from Lafontaine of Saline. This was after running into several salesmen from other local dealerships with less than acceptable service or trustworthiness. I went to Saline & met with salemen Mike Ayers, he is a genuine individual that will take his time and listen to you. Not throwing you into a seat and telling you how it will be, like the other dealerships I encountered were I only lasted minutes before walking away. Mike is sincere, caring and will to put in the work to earn your trust & find you the right vehicle. He found me the exact truck I was looking for & got the deal done. Sales Manager, Matt Bailey was also a pleasure to work with, both these gentlemen did a great job & earned my business. I recommend Lafontaine of Saline over everyone else in the area. Give them a chance you won't be disappointed!

Very displeased with the lack of service.
Very displeased with the lack of service. I scheduled a tire balance & rotation along with an oil change when I set up my appointment. I reviewed the appointment with the service writer and had him upgrade my oil change to full synthetic and confirmed the balance and tire rotation. When I checked out, he informed me they just rotated my tires because I did not tell him I had a vibration. If someone orders the tire to be balanced there is usually a reason. Instead of having a vibration in my seat from the rear tires needing balanced I now have the vibration in the steering wheel. Tim Brown needs to listen to the customer; I will not be back for service or to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
