Have dealt with Ted Green Ford for years. Exceptional service every time.
The battery died in my car (a Honda) & staff at the Bond Auto Parts store gave me a jump. My husband left the light on in the car the night before & claimed... he went out to turn it off. I thought that was the issue- but no. I'm publicly apologizing to my husband- that's how you know this is a real review. I brought it to Ted Green Ford, they looked at it the same day.& it was the alternator. They could have installed it that day but our phone wasn't working. They installed it the next day however, there was another issue that prevented it from working. We needed to go to the dealer. Ray the service manager at Ted's called ahead to let them know that we were coming & to explain the work that he & crew had already done.I thought this was very nice. But as a stranded motorist at the mercy of a mechanic, I was very impressed that they didn't rip me off!!!
We were heading south on rt. 100 when the clutch on my 2009 Subaru Impreza stopped engaging. We were lucky that we happened to be very near Ted Green Ford... in Stockbridge- Ray, the service manager, immediately offered to have a look at my car - Ted Green Ford welcomed us and my dogs (with treats) and really went out of their way to help us out. Everyone at Ted Green Ford was kind . Ray in Service was outstanding. He was able to work on my car immediately and was very quick at ascertaining the degree of the problem. Ray organised getting us a ride to pick up a rental car. He was very quick fixing the problem and getting us back on the road. Kind, Curteous, Professional - Five Star Service!
