Cherner Brothers Auto Brokers

I went there to see two used vehicles. A 2004 Jeep and a Volkswagen Golf. Both were in bad shape. I brought my mechanic boyfriend and he’s a state inspector and saw soo many problems with both these cars. The Jeep headlight was barely attached, needed a new serpentine belt, coolant leak, door held on by a bolt, fog lights didn’t turn on...etc. The Golf has an oil and coolant leak, part of the top of the engine cover was glued together and I’m sure plenty more issues that he could’ve found if he put the cars on a lift. We told the sales man all the issues we saw when he asked if we wanted to test drive it and he didn’t seem to care. Just said ok bye.

They are the most honest ad friendliest auto dealer I have ever dealt done business with. I bought my car online sight unseen, and they never gave me a reason not to trust them throughout the whole process. They answered my call when I had a question about the vehicle and were very text friendly from start to finish, which is a huge plus due to work. I live 2 hours away from the dealership, and they were able to arrange to deliver the car right to my door without me having to drive 2 hours to go pick it up. They come highly recommended from me, and this is not a paid advertisement but a highly satisfied customer who highly recommends them.

Thank you to Cherner Brothers for a pleasant series of interactions, culminating in the sale of my husband’s well loved car to them. The were unfailingly polite and helpful. Came to see me at my home, did all the paperwork there, even the check, and returned to pick up the car the next day. They also helped me get a replacement title.

I had an awesome experience at Cherner Brothers, from the second I walked in the door, I was greeted and talking with a salesman about my car right away. I had been to 7 other dealerships in 2 days, sitting in their waiting rooms drinking lukewarm coffee, then getting the run around from multiple salespeople was getting old. We bought a used car from Cherner Brothers last year and they were helpful, trusting and made the buying process easy. When we needed another car recently once again they stepped up. We found a car we liked, they let us drive it around as much as we wanted and then they took care of the rest - financing, registration, cleaned it up, etc. Good to have a local dealership who really cares about its customers!

I went back to see David. He was the one I worked with the first time there. I bought a car for my wife almost 1 year ago and I decided it was my turn, so I went back and got myself the upgraded model of her car and she has taken it over. Happy Wife Happy Life.
