I've been to this dealership many times and didn't have any issues. 7/14/25 service was questionable: 1) I'm not sure the tire rotation service was performed because the left rear tire pressure was the same with the lowest pressure as I have noticed for weeks before the service. Also, all the tires are below the recommended value - pressures are 32, 34, 34, 36. I am unsure if I will ever come back for service as again because of this latest experience.

Norman is so petty and either incompetent or an liar.
Norman is so petty and either incompetent or an liar. My sister was texting him and didnt get back to his message asking if we were coming in - we were dealing with issues with another dealer that sold us damaged car. When we when in, we held it against us. He made us go around three lots saying he does not know where the car is. He had an audacity to tell my sister I have an attitude. Sexist, rude and unprofessional.

They were too kind and very helpful. They changed my opinion about buying car from dealership and Hyundai. After saw Elantra N-Line in dealership while leasing Santa Fe now I want Elantra N-Line as pleasure/second car.

A shout out to Mario Ramirez in the Service Department.
A shout out to Mario Ramirez in the Service Department. He was diligent in getting all my issues resolved. Having to deal with difficult car issues is never fun, especially with this car, but Mario did a fantastic job in driving this to a positive outcome. A shout out to the car rental lady as well (I didn't get her name) but she was very pleasant and helpful as well. Overall, my experience here has been very positive.

First, I show up to my appt and they tell me I need to
First, I show up to my appt and they tell me I need to come back in the morning bc it would take about 2 hrs but I said ok cool whatever. I came back in the morning and waited, and it took 4 hours. It had even been sitting there ready because another worker said they had told someone to bring it a while ago. I can understand the wait but the employees were rude too. You can’t waste my time AND make me uncomfortable. One employee was staring us down while me and my ride were parking in the lot, he then proceeded to intentionally walk right next to the bumper as we’re reversing and it looked like he almost got hit. It was almost passive aggressive the way he walked that close to the car? Weird. Then one lady spoke about me as if I wasn’t there telling someone else I couldn’t be at my car. Mind you, I went to my car to get my work stuff out of my trunk because it was supposed to be ready before my shift. And at that they had said 20 more min and it really took another 2 hours. Like what, just overall a bunch of weirdos with attitude and no proper communication. Boo 🍅
