Service Department pitiful.

Service Department pitiful. Car towed into dealership a couple of weeks ago. Diagnosed needing engine replacement. After two weeks engine (supposedly) replaced along with additional warranty fixes and $540 of (supposed) repairs. Picked the car up Thursday and 30 minutes later the engine lost power just like the first time. Called KIA Jose and was told to bring it back and he would check it out. I payed to tow it back. Tow truck driver said vehicle lost all oil and transmission fluid. Jose told me to call him Friday morning and he would provide update an help with a courtesy car (I live 4 hours away). Call Friday morning to discover Jose is not working this Friday. Mgr. Jon said mechanic was diagnosing the problem. I told him I needed an update quickly as I didn’t know if I needed another hotel room. Jon was rude and said I would get an answer when he did. Jon never called to update. I went in Saturday only to discover Jon wasn’t working. Another mgr tried to help but Jon wasn’t being honest via his texts. John texted a mechanic drove the car for an hour and had no issue. I asked if they added oil and transmission fluid? The answer was was no. A mechanic drove a vehicle with no oil and transmission fluid I don’t think so. I asked for my money back and was told that I could come back Monday and see Jon. Another two nights in a hotel, no. I believe the warranty work as well as the paid for work was all a scam. Beware

First I easily set up an appointment but a medical

First I easily set up an appointment but a medical problem occurred and I completely forgot my appointment until late in the day. They let me set up a new appointment for the same time the next day without any complaint! That was so great and they were so nice about it!!! They got the work done quickly and gave me a list of suggested items to maintain on the next appointment. Great service!!! Awesome attitudes!!!

The service department has always been very friendly,

The service department has always been very friendly, courteous, and efficient, and the charges seem reasonable. I’ve bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealers over the past 50 years. Kia of Anderson has to be my favorite dealer.

Very low pressure experience purchasing a used car.

The Service Department is top notch.

The Service Department is top notch. They provide a warm and friendly atmosphere and welcome the customers. They explain the service they provide and tell you the cost upfront. The free car wash is great, too!

Had a great buying experience.

Had a great buying experience. Negotiated a price over the phone and they didn’t try to tack on extra fees and packages once we arrived at the dealership. We had a terrible experience at a different Kia dealership, but Kia of Anderson and our salesman Master were great! Would definitely buy from them again.

I had an appointment.

I had an appointment. They took my car right into the shop on my arrival. The service took less than one hour! They even offered to wash my car! The mechanic, Evan Gailey came out to tell me what he did to my car and explained what I would need at my next visit! Thank you!
